Wish,NDVO would take a leaf out of its counterpart in Manila ,ANKRA etc.They are the ones which are moving fast.

Hello Canada Dream,

The qualifying points calculated by u are in terms of CIC guidelines.After all,we all are educated persons and know the basic principle of arithmatical calculations.In fact,I reckon points for ur educational qualification have to be 25.

So,friend, u need worry.God willing everything shall be fine.

Post a reminder in March 2011- In process (RBVO) since- April 2011, the reply said- waiting period for pre june 2010 applicants is more than 2 years (the typical reply that send to all).
But am in a shocker to see one of the applicants (on this forum) getting a reply that his case will not be even processed in 2012. very disappointing.

nevertheless- will wait, with no other option except to wait and wait.

very true....with X'mas round the corner doesn't look like things are going to speed up. They need Santa Claus to clear the pile they are sitting on!

Will the Pre-June 2010 NDVO applicants' files not even be processed in 2012? is it just a wild rumour or there is an iota of trurth in it. Sounds very disheartening and scary, seniors please advice

I applied under NOC 4131 in MARCH, 2010 .Waiting for MR, Ecas shows IN PROCESS with RBVO details from 1st NOV 2011 . I wrote to CHC ND in regards of updates in my file since I have a son recently born in my family and I want to change my email ID. I asked them to inform me what are the documents to be submitted but I got Automated computer response which did not reply my queries . It is mentioned there that
Unless we have specifically asked you to do so, you are not required to submit any documentation at this time. Our office will contact you to provide the required supporting documentation for the assessment of your application.

In such case, Should I send the updated documents to CHC so It would ease my document processing in days to come . Plz help me. Actually It takes time to get Passport here in Nepal so should I wait for letter of CHC for my Update or I can arrange the documents and send them .

Can you tell me when u send ur full documents and 2ed AOR?

I think there is no need to spam several threads with the same message, Mr. StarAli. No offence. It is a sad news and everybody is aware of the case, especially all the pre-june NDVO applicants, more so since we are all eagerly waiting for our MR.

Now coming to the rejection of SanjuBaba, if you have read his earlier post, his verification call did not go well and neither was his interview. His and spouse's version regarding employment, had discrepancies which was not perceived well by the VO, hence the rejection. I learnt this from his earlier posts, even though he has not mentioned this as the cause of rejection now. Quiet naturally, since nobody would be in proper frame of mind at this time to mention the cause of rejection in a public forum.

He is Jan 2010 applicant. The DM status that April candidates are facing right now, do not have any bearing with his case, IMHO.

Pre june 2010 new delhi applicant got rejection today after status Decision Made.

it's ok dear.....wait ...no need to send any docs to VO.
They will ask for Updated information.....before starting to review ur case that is a part of backlog...

Updated information approximately includes re-submission of full documentation like we did earlier including new Valid IELTS score (test costs 7500 rupee), PCC, Bank statement , experience certificates etc..

all the pre june applicants will receive a letter from VO, when their case becomes ready to be processed...
Actually when VO-ND start to clear backlog..............and honestly no body knows when........
At that time u can add ur son as well.......oh by the way congratulations
