Hi Dhillon,

Actualy I ask my consultant also he said.... it could be both things refusal and Medical..... so plz i want a request fom all forum member if u are not 200% sure plz... because i know i have 2 think both ways so because there are 60% cases and they have medical arrived who are saying it odes not have anything to be with rejection ..... we have the same situation and we get medical request!!

hello all,
after INProcess for a very long time my status showed
"A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

after a few days I recieved a rejection letter,so I wrote to them saying the decision taken was not fair.They replied back saying your case has been re-opened. I had not checked since a few days .Today I checked my status is as follows

" Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March **, 2012. "
CAN ANYONE HELP ME KNOW WHAT WOULD THIS SUGGEST.

Thats really great news that they have re opened ur case. I think you need to wait also try to order CAIPS so that u can get clear picture from them. Hope this will help you,

Hi.. I was after my Immigration Consultant Regarding the Decision Made Online.....!!!!
In the end i my self Call the Head Office India and they said your file is closed in CHC LONDON.......I ask them what date u get this letter.. they said 7th april and their regional office is in Sharjah.....!!! and i running after them for 4-5 days i get to know by myself and yesterday was 27th i ask them already 20 days has passed you get this letter..... and there is no update 2 us regarding this.... then again i call their sharjah office they said as soon as we get the letter from CHC we wil update you and we will re appeal 2 open the case...... I don't trust them anymore... please kindly suggest me what to do regarding re appeal????? where should i write the letter because my consultant was doing on behalf of us and from here i can well imagine that they get my letter on 7th april and till yesterday there was no update in their regional office!!!!!........ Plz suggest me something and the address where we send our complete documents in CHC london should i write them????? for reconsidering?? as according 2 my consultant my file is close not rejected so they have 100% chances 2 re open the file!!!

BAD NEWS FORTHOES WHO APPLIED BEFORE February 27, 2008

Under proposed legislation, CIC will close the files of FSW applicants who applied before February 27, 2008, and for whom an immigration officer has not made a decision based on selection criteria by March 29, 2012. This is expected to affect around 280,000 applicants, including their dependants. CIC will begin the process of returning the full amount of fees paid to the Department by these affected FSW applicants. For those who have passed the selection criteria stage – approximately 20,000 people – CIC will continue processing their applications until they are approved for entry into Canada or not.

Does it mean that cap will be increased from 01st July? That might have further -ve affect on processing time for pre June.

As per the new Rule, CIC and other VO's are going to strictly follow FIFO.

CIC has passed the Rule that existing application will be processed, before processing the same NOC's in the new or further MI's.

Can you please give the source of your information regarding this rule.As it is really good news for us if it is true.
Then we will be processed before any other application as we are really very old people in que here
