Full docs sent on August 30 , 2010 but still NO 2nd AOR

Dear Qarox, PMM, Leon and all Sr.'s
My NOC 0213 , Full Docs sent : August 30, 2010.
as per USPS express mail Buffalo CHC recived document : 31 August 2010 2:00pm.
still my e-case not showing any update, or still I dont get 2nd AOR, even e-case using 1st AOR show me that CIC Eligibilty review completed on "Date".
I sent email to CHC Buffalo , the CHC Replied we recived your documents and we are review your documents. but the CHC not include any AOR or they dont reply of my second email after CHC reply.

please suggest me what is the causes or problem in my status. My all documents are excellent, everything is perfect , if I count my points that is : 72 points.

When you check your Ecas on the www.cic.gc.ca website with your Immigration file number from CIO Nova Scotia what is says there? It says Received by Visa office or Eligibility Review Complete?

You will receive your 2nd AoR in 1-2 months time frame. Its taking approx 25 weeks in most cases.

its display CIC eligibility review completed. but its not display any like " Recived by visa office or CHC" , just below message is on my E-case:
when I use my 1st AOR login useing my name , DOB , Date of place and the link show my name and below message, when I click on :

"Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete"
after click on above link its display:

Client Application Status

We received your application for permanent residence on "March 10 , 2010"
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on "April 29, 2010".
Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

but I dont get any second AOR this is old NOC 0213. I already sent full documents and even poits are also good.

You should wait; I think pretty soon in January you'll receive the AOR.

Thanks but I read in this forum when person send documents the e-case appeared visa office recieved documents etc. but in my case nothing is display since last August 2010 (near to 3months passed mostly)

anyone have clue on my query, I'm just waiting there are no other option, but anyone passed from same situation which i mentioned above on my first query.

Buffalo says it takes up to 20 weeks to send the AOR; there is nothing you can do right now but wait.
