Fswp2014 application processing time for Accra visa office

Hello..every one.
My 2014 fswp application was received by CIC since june 2014..and since October 2014,my Application status shows application in IN PROCESS...
Please I like to know the average application procesing time for my application since my visa office is Accra(Ghana).

I would like to know the same my application was mailed off May 14th to Accra! I pray Accra is good to us this year! They said the average time last year was between 5-8months.
