Procedural Fairness Letter.. When the visa office isn't satisfied by the answers provided by an applicant in the verification.. They send a final chance to explain before they can legally reject. Normally they give 30 days to respond.

Warsaw has conducted total 4 physical verification among which there was 1 rejection, and 10 telephonic verifications among which 1 was rejected, 5 have got MR. And rest either have got PFL or are waiting to hear.
In my opinion Warsaw isn't dormant. Verifications are conducted almost every day. Just that it's not being shared!!

Hope it helps :)

thankyou for giving good brief information.. What if someone is only waiting for dm/ ppr.. Then also verification Can be expected??

Unless they have got any grave information after your MR.. Then chances very less..

I think all guys waiting at PPR will get updates soon. It's just a matter of time.

Many of the guys waiting for DM/PPR are because of pending security.
And with this Syrian refugees crisis and issues after paris attack all security apparatus will busy full time to make sure that there are no terrorist in refugees. So even if the visa office has initiated your security process you have to wait until its completed.

They took 25000 FSW application in 2014, and they are still processing many of them. So when Govt asks them to bring in 25,000 refugees in 3-4 months imagine chaos.

However, As per the latest figures they completed process for almost 22500 refugees. So hope we will get the required focus soon.

thanks fairu!

As of Feb 9, they have finalized 23969 refugee application. so 25,000 is not far now.

No BhaiBhai !

I believe the figure is not correct, as per the information I saw in internet, they have finalised around 15,000 only... and they are not going to stop at 25,000... they are in the process to intake around 50,000 (in total) by 2016.

I believe the current pace of processing will remain for more time from now....

I quoted that figure from this CIC webpage
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/refugees/welcome/milestones.asp

The page reads as follows:

23,969
Total number of refugees who have either already arrived in Canada or whose application has been finalized but have not yet travelled to Canada

Yes the info is little bit confusing.
Identifying do not complete the process.
After identification, bringing them to Canada and after that doing security related checks
So still not sure when this will be complete.

Sorry but I am not able to find the identification related nos on CIC milestone page.

And security happens before they arrive in Canada. It will be waste of money and big political issue if they bring someone first without security checks, and deports him later in security ground.

They wont bring someone

When Diplomatru says I humbly accept it.

Any insight on people like me, waiting since too long(TLU-26th May, 2015, and PCC and passport copy receipt as per GCMS on 15th June).
