FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

There were total 8 Verifications that ppl of Warsaw transferred files received..(Only in WhatsApp group) among 80-90 candidates that are waiting for MR in Warsaw group.
4 PV's, & 4TV's, outcome was among 4 PV's ..3 have got MR & 1 rejection. Among TV's..3 still waiting to hear and 1 rejection.
But all these verifications were conducted in Oct, Nov & last TV in mid Dec. That's all I know of!

Sorry for asking. What are TV & PV? Is there any explanation why were those people rejected? Has anyone been rejected after MR?

I was asked to update and submit schedule a form for myself and my husband along with the RPRF reciept)) so what are PV and TV ? And has anyone been rejected after medical?

Only the ones in Bold are awaiting PPR, however I have mentioned all those who were awaiting PPR but have probably not bothered notifying the forum after they received it.

Usually people get MR after eligibility is passed, and that passes only once Visa Office is satisfied that a person is a member of the FSW Program. Very less chances In Sha Allah of getting rejection after Medicals. PV is Personal Verification (which can be an interview or Site Inspection) and TV is Telephonic Verification

Hi doctoress

Among the rejections that happened, one applicant had site verification and he wasnt present and after questioning the hospital they weren't satisfied he worked there..he was given a clarification mail or a procedural fairness letter ..to which he replied but they didn't change their mind.

Second applicant almost the same thing.. They wrote to him that his workplace as mentioned in the application didn't exist.. And clarification letter was sent to him too..but they weren't satisfied.
