FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Hi All,

I need some guidance from the experts.

This is the email my attorney received from the immigration when we raised a second CSE.

"Dear Applicant,

This is to confirm the receipt of requested FBI check for your spouse, however in order to continue the processing of your application, it is required that you send us an original FBI check for you, issued in May 2013. A copy that was attached to your application is not sufficient. Only original police certificates are acceptable".

I have sent all the original FBI clearances and documents to CIC. Don't know why they are saying its not original. My attorney is asking me to reapply for FBI clearance even though I have submitted all the originals and knowing it will take 3-4 additional months of processing.

Please advise.

Send them an explanation that the clearance certificate was an original, and not a copy. Politely ask them to go through the attachments you sent in hard copy on application. However at the same time apply for a new FBI clearance to avoid any further unnecessary delays, if they accept your request good for you, if they don't then atleast your clearance is already under process and will shave off a few days delay.

Hi Mates,

Received another mail from Sydney VO, so that I can stamp at Australia.
But, in COPR the names are not mentioned in Appendix B table(Updated Information Sheet).
Please suggest me I am not sure why there are blank columns.
Do I need to fillup and send those details in a document or I need to request the VO office to confirm the same.

Hi that's really weird why would the Visa office say that? Did you not send original FBI report? I think you should raise a CSE immediately and tell them that there has been a mistake and to recheck your application documents. It's really scary if they start saying like this. I have also sent my final FBI report in Dec. But they still haven't acknowledged the receipt of it.

I have sent all originals to my attorney in Canada and then she forwarded that to the immigration. She said she sent all originals. I am in Dubai so will be going to Dubai Police to get the fingerprints done and mail 2 copies to FBI for any background check just in case things don't workout.

The attorney said that they will explain everything to Warsaw office and will let me know what they reply.

Anyone from Dubai who has successfully sent fingerprints for FBI clearance?

Will keep you posted.

What do you mean by verifications? I just got an e-mail To submitupdated schedule A form for myself and my husband along with RPRF receipt and to complete medical examination. Medical forms they sent separately.

Ok.. Request for updated docs is also a type of verification. Thank you for replying. All the best for further processing. Warsaw VO has been conducting Telephonic & Physical verification so thought may be you have received a TV, PV or updated doc request.
I have only got 3 countries PCC request.. Still waiting for MR. My final PCC reached on 31st Dec. So waiting to hear about my medical instructions soon.
