yes my consultant get email on 29th, they forwarded me later.

Now they will update processing times every week. See it has become overall average time of 13-months as on 23rd December 2015

It means now 13 months is for every visa office throughout the World........ N every application of us must be processed within 13 months?

Very good news. It should mean that all the applicants will have visa issued by end of January 2016.

I am settling well as I have started decent job in my field but in a very small city (town) in Saskatchewan. I have started working as a Senior Accountant in a CPA firm here, also working towards my CPA Canada designation. I am a CA from Nepal.

I think job market is still good in provinces like Saskatchewan and Manitoba unlike Ontario, BC and Alberta which are almost saturated and employers are even laying off employees.

It's good to work in a small town/city for a year or so, and then after gaining experience, to move to bigger or mid-sized cities.

i have also received email from colombo visa office to resit ielts other than last centre.
last ielts still have validity n was from IDP Amritsar.
no idea whts going on
got medical 13 oct 2015
done on 29 oct
medical results have been received on e status

my ielts test was from june 2014. the interesting thing is that we all people who received redo ielts test are from different centres with different dates some are from IDP, some from British council,, with different months.
Moreover REDO ielts request is from Colombo visa office only not single from Warsaw.. and even colombo is not asking everyone

Hope this will helps, as I get PPR after more than 6 months of medical recd by WVO. Don't loose hope, Mostly all ppl get medical recd gets PPR. No relatives in canada. Family 2+2 kids. No job offer. I hope this will clarify most of the things.
