Hello,

What is your brother's NOC code and profession
If the verification call is from Delhi then may be the file is shifted back again.. Or may be Warsaw would have asked NDVO for assistance in verification..

How did the verification go? If all was positive may be he would receive MR soon and that would clarify where the file is now.. NDVO is issuing MR's really fast after verification.. so its a good sign if all went well..

Hi niks i know this is strange i am counting on to get PPR. how come it possible that i don't have enough points. there is some error is made for sure please help me if you have any knowledge. thanks again

Hi asna:
Only way your points can come down after medicals is a separation with your spouse/common in law partner (if you had claimed points for him/her). I hope that is not the case.

Moreover, the owners of this website(Campbell Cohen) are reputed immigration lawyers. If you are still in USA you can get in touch with them and seek assistance.

What is the current time frame between receipt of medicals, RPRF payment and passport copies by Warsaw to PPR.

Dear Friends,

What is Warsaw upto? No movement this week as well. They were doing good earlier. God knows what is wrong ...either with them or with our case!! There are so many people who got MR in July and have already received PPR.

Any ideas to share.

Regards,

Congrats!!

Sep was a bizzare month...apart from those who had got DMs in late August , there were just a few NEW PPRs which were issued by Warsaw ( Not more than 3-5).

Well considering that there are more than 30 applicants who are through with their MRs , it seems unreal that there was no movement in 95% of the cases.

London & New Delhi VOs are issuing PPRs within a month of receiving MRs(in some cases within 15 days of Medical). Warsaw seems to be totally unprofessional in their approach.

Hi Harry,

There could be one more reason for the points being deducted and that is the age, right ? What happens to the points if there is a processing delay of more than 1 year and if you cross the age of 40 years ? Will the points start being deducted ?

Please share your whatsapp number to join the group of people awaiting DM/PPRs after TLU.

Well !! Following the timelines of applicants across various visa offices, it can be easily deduced that London visa office and New Delhi visa offices are asking for medicals after the background checks are over. on the contrary, Warsaw is conducting background checks after they receive medical test results.
That is perhaps people are getting PPR s with 15 days of their medicals with LVO and NDVO.

Yes, your deduction is quite accurate. But then again , sending of DMs/PPRs in batches and sudden stoppage if DMs/PPRs create some doubt on their style of working.

Like in my Case , i received the transfer of file mail on 11th March and after 4 months received the MR on 20th July.So were they literally sleeping on my file??

When was your file transferred to WVO ?

Please have a look through the thread
background checks explained by qorax
As per his experience of over 5 years on this forum medical requests are sent after background checks are completed. Only security checks which is a part of background checks are done after receipt of medicals by CIC. That is the usual procedure, i doubt it has anything to do with working of different VOs. Anyways who is well travelled may receive PPR after a good few weeks or months perhaps. But all said and done, if you have received a PER and AOR, one day or the other you will receive PPR, Unless there is wilful a misrepresentation
