What did you do with your ticket mate
?
I feel it sad and funny both... (btw, we share similar timelines
)
After the group members claiming that average time to DM as 10 days and to PPR as 30 days from TLU, even I was planning to book ticket in advance to save on cost. Good that I din't.
Meanwhile an update, After much follow up, I received a confirmation from Warsaw on document receipt. I did submit my documents on e-mails four times i.e. 27th May, 14th Sep, 18th Sep, 24th Sep. And finally, I did courier the documents on 26th Sep too.
Today afternoon, I received an e-mail confirming receipt of the documents (my courier is yet to reach them). And I presumed they had reached them on 27th May itself.
Below is the chronology of documents exchange:
1. Original email requesting passport copies and RPRF received on 26th May 2015 (1st Request).
2. We made the RPRF payment by a Citibank Credit Card on 26th May 2015.
3. On an e-mail dated 27th May 2015, we sent soft copies of passports and RPRF Receipt (1st submission).
4. We received an e-mail acknowledgement on 27th May.
5. On 14th Sep 2015, we received an e-mail request to submit passport copies and RPRF Receipt again (2nd request, despite all document submission on 27th May 2015).
6. On 14th Sep 2015, we sent soft copies of passports and RPRF Receipt by e-mail (2nd submission).
7. On 14th Sep 2015, we raised a CSE with respect to status of our application.
8. On 18th Sep 2015, we received another e-mail request in reply to our CSE to submit RPRF Receipt. (3rd request, despite all document submitted twice earlier on 27th May 2015 and 14th Sep 2015).
9. In reply to this request, we e-mailed RPRF Receipt, credit card statement and e-mail screenshots of all document exchange (3rd submission) on 18th Sep.
10. On discussing the issue with a few group members I realised the RPRF Receipt that I had submitted is expected to be manually filled in (There are no instructions to that effect anywhere in previous mails or the online payment website).
11. I did send another e-mail with RPRF receipt with details filled in manually (4th submission) and raised a CSE on 24th Sep.
12. Not wanting to take any chance now, I couriered them all the documents finally (I did avoid the courier earlier to save time in the first place).
13. On 29th Sep (today), I got an e-mail confirmation from them on documents.
So the documents that I was presuming to have reached them on 27th May have finally reached them by 29th Sep. And nowhere did they mention about missing details on RPRF Receipt that never were asked to fill in the first place.
Anyways, now the wait continues...
