Replied back to MR email address, no response.
Requested for GCMS notes, no response yet.

i have done my medical on requested by CIC and paid RPRF fee after that i received decision made and got letter in mail for rejection. if you have any idea how to reopen case or any further process please help me. thank you

hello friend my medical is done perfect and paid RPRF also on request of CIC but after that they transfer my case and reject because of insufficient points. i still not understand why they did all that process while my points are not sufficient i believe that error has been made to finalize my application but i don't know what to do? if you have any idea please share here. thank you

Asna can you please share your timelines? you are 2010 applicant?? Also which Visa office was/is processing your file?

It's been now 136 days since MR, 114 days from TLU and 91 days since the hardcopies of my requested docs reached WVO and still no DM/PPR updates ... really wiered

Don't know what to do... Seniors, any advise please...

Sorry to hear about the rejection. Please share the contents of the rejection letter.

Appealing against the decision is not a easy process, you have to file a case in Canadian Federal Courts by hiring a lawyer.

No Interview dear. I only got request for scanned copies of all pages of passports 50 days after TLU and from last 40 days there is no update.

Dear Ranjan,

In my view, background checks after medicals means security checks which are assigned to third parties. Once the security checks are done and results are found positive, you should get PPR. How much time security checks will take is not sure as it is not in direct control of CIC.

This is really very weird and strange. After so many years of waiting, they say that you do not have points. How is this possible? There seems to be some serious mistake.

i got tlu on 22 may after that no communication from there side. initially i thought that they have completely forgotten about my file.
so i raised cse on 9 sept and got reply on 15 sept stating that "please be advised your file is under final review"
after getting this reply i thought that now in couple of days i might get ppr. But its almost 15 days and dint got anything.
dont know exactly what their reply meant.

Dear Sunakshi,

Final review means that security checks are complete and final decision is due. It should be anytime now. But yes, you are right that waiting is really very much frustrating. Warsaw is going damn slow. God help us all.
