So basically, the rule for file processing within 11 months is also ruled out. There is no hard and fast rule that they have to clear the files within 11 months. Please correct me if my analysis is wrong.

Chirag, god knows what's going on buddy!!

Hi All,

I raised a CSE 2 days back and got a reply to submit spouse's height and eye color. Has anybody else got a similar request.. My TLU got updated in the last week of June.

I had already submitted my passports copies during MR in May . How soon can I expect my PPR, any clue ... :)

Thanks

Ari

Being patient with positive attitude is very important. All who are waiting for DM / PPR, please don't think any negative. Everybody will get deserved results.

You might be right about the positive attitude. But checking your ecas twice
daily, first after Warsaw office closing hours and
Second in the morning CIC Sydney closing hours and finding the same "in process" written under the status tab is giving all kinds of frustrations now.
Honestly, once I sweared I will not check ecas before 60 days of my medicals but I could not keep this promise like the new year resolutions.
I hope one day I wake up in Canada. This silent torture is unbearable.
Most of us are going through this process. We are certain that positive medicals will 99% lead to visa/ PR. But unless the visa is stamped on our passports, it is difficult to believe.

Prinipmp,

You are I are the only two people left now who have two lines despite medicals.. I guess everyone else has either atleast three lines after medicals or the new 5-6 lines. Lets keep our progress posted...

In Mine case is only 2 Line . Appreciate if you clarify for those Lines.

Hello,

I raised CSE three times in June,July and Aug.

First one is raised in june Got no Reply
Second in july....got answer that your file is under review. no document required from your side.
Third raised to NDVO instead of WVO..got reply that your file has been reviewed by VO but pending for verification. when verification will complete we will determine for next time. no document required from your side.

I agree that all our guesses or speculations are the smartest of the outputs of our imaginations, but, one thing is for sure, which gives me some relief, that ONE HAS TO LAND WITH IN A YEAR OF THE DATE HE/SHE RECEIVED MEDICAL INSTRUCTIONS...

Like I received mine on 9th May, and hence, by the end of April 2016... I will be there...

Now they will at least give us 3 months before that, to get the Visa Stamped and to buy us some time to book tickets etc... So, that means, latest by January I will get PPR email :o

Though it is still 3 - 4 months to January end... so... the wait will not be easy... but my restlessness gets some calm after seeing so many people stuck with me...

Not that I want you to be where you are... but somehow, it would have been far more scary if we all didn't have this platform for interaction...

@ Krishnwinnie (Sorry if the spelling is incorrect)

You aren't alone Brother...

I have the new format, but... lines are only 3...

Those who are yet to receive Medical Request, are lagging behind the most... however... it should not be considered a threat to their application as they've already received PER and hence, things will happen...

Though it would be advisable to get yourself busy with something constructive during this...

Because it may take many months before the wait ends for them... Sad but True... 8) :-\

And more than 10 months till i applied to cic.
Still no mr...now this wait is torturing...

Very true Vishal.... I lost interest in checking ecas daily .Moreover I hv also stopped thinking about my file bt one thing that I find difficult to give up is visiting this forum coz its like a sweet family. But we shd not get disappointed. We must enjoy our life here coz we'll definitely miss innumerable things that are at our disposal here

So does that mean your file is transferred to NDVO??
