And Yes, Medical is all good... nothing wrong with it...
Only one PCC, RPRF paid in May,
and etc etc.

3 CSE and emails answered by them so far... they talk about 'due time'...

Those of us, who still don't have any clue about our the processing time they will take before this wait gets over and we finally get the Visa...

How many of You updated them with a change of passport? and how many of you updated them with some other document?

Brother Congratulations, meraa bhi 1 saal ho gayaa aaj Application bheje huye... will complete 1 year since they received my file on 26th September...

What I understand is, that we got Medicals on May 9th, and 1 year from Medicals means We will land before 30th April 2016.

I guess they will give us at least 3 months to finish with the formalities and book tickets too...
may be 6 months...
and in that case we must receive it complete before the end of October...

Do I make sense?
Or it is just another Guess made... to get dissolved in thin air with time...?

Dear Vishal,

Warsaw office asked for copy of all pages of the passport of all family members from me on 20th August. Else my case was smooth on all other timelines. My TLU got updated on 30th June. I think my fresh waiting starts from 20th August now.

Hi Robbie,

Can you check in your Ecas Window at Very Bottom that what date has been written. I have observed Most of all that waiting for PPR have updated date is 17 Aug 2015.
Please check and revert. by that way atlease we should Know that Warsaw is Live.

Hi,

Even in my case it is last modified on 17 August 2015. I got additional document request of copies of all pages of the passport of all family members on 20th August 2015. It means the last modified date is the date when they picked up our file last. All guess work...cannot say with confirmation.

Guys. I am facing an issue. Need guidance. My medical results have been received on 14th June. Despite, me submitting my documents twice over e-mail (on 27th June and 14 Sep) (passport copies and RPRF Receipt copy), Warsaw has written to me on 18th Sep saying they have not received the RPRF fees. On further scrutiny I could figure out that my Receipt does not carry details like Client ID, birth date, Address, postal code, area code and telephone no. as I e-mailed the receipt as received from their system. There was no instruction to add those details and I presumed that barcode shall allow them to link the payment to my application. Another friend told me that he manually added those details to receipt and then sent the scanned copy. Is this what everyone did?

We had added our application by pen all the particulars on the receipt of the rprf. But i presume if you havent added, it should nt be an issue as the payments are electronically taken where alll the particulars are anyway entered.
I am surprised that you are facing this issue.
May be you can also attach a copy of the credit card statement validating the payment done to cic.

I did that. I have now actually e-mailed my credit card statement too with RPRF statement.

My wife passport got renewed and there was a change in family composition for me with birth of a child, They sent Medical instruction for my new born baby on 28th July, 2015 and I got her medical done on 1st Aug, 2015...the results got uploaded on 3rd Aug, 2015. My TLU got updated on 23 may, 2015.Below are my timeline.

Application Received Date: 23rd sep, 2014
MR Request : 09 May, 2015
TLU : 23rd May, 2015
Medical request for Baby: 28th July, 2015
Medical Uploaded:3rd Aug, 2015
Noc: 0112
DM/PPR: still Awaited.

Hi ibo,

they will give sealed envelops for each passport.

I submitted pp for self, wife and 8 yr old son and later on gave a signed (by me only) authority letter to a friend to pick up the passports.

If they have asked you to give a authority letter from your son (is he 18+ ??) than there is no harm in carrying one when you go to collect.

Yes Kalpeshmak you have to write your details manually as at the time of making payment you are not asked to enter your application number etc.

Dear Vishal,

I don't wish so and also don't want to say that your predictions will go in thin air. But these are just blind guess we all are making since long. There is no pattern which can be linked someone says its due to student visa some says refusee crises some says nepal earthquake its like random number generation in mathematics. Wo Ghalib ne kaha tha na 'Dil ke khus rakhne ko ghalib ye khayal achchha hai....' We seems to be doing so.

See my timeline. There is just one PCC and all docs reached on time.

Mentioning details on the RPRF receipt is required, but nothing goes wrong if you send all your documents together, hard copies and soft copies both.

What exactly does this fresh date means? Pakardam and Niks?

Because our passports were updated, you mean to say that the date of medical shifts to the day we updated the passports?
Landing has to be done with in a year of the Medical Instructions...

Like in my case it is nearly 5 months since medical request, so ? it can not be delayed more than a couple of months according to me...

What pinches me the most is, that they don't give any reasons for the delay...

They talk about some hypothetical due time, and promise to communicate as soon as they can communicate further... What is not making sense to them?

A passport was due for expiry, it got renewed... simple thing...

Cic clearly says on their website that date of medical received or the last requested document received whichever is later.
