Right Harrypaji,

Well Samratji, what is being pointed out here is not let go your expertise and experience in vain, but just to make the vision clear for ourselves that the way we find jobs in our home country on the basis of our expertise, education and experience would not be the same in case in CANADA, thats what is being said here and I am sure all would agree with it, that the Canadian employers would not see the same way our home country employers would see us.
And any ways our talent is obviously well known by us only.
WELL CANADA'S ECONOMIC AND GDP FIGURES ARE TO BE ROLLED OUT TODAY ( TUESDAY) AND AS PER FIGURES INDICATED BY GOVT IN LAST QUARTER, CANADA IS HEADING TOWARDS A PROBABLE RECESSION. LETS WAIT FOR THE GDP FIGURES TILL TODAY EVE, WANT ALL OF US HEADING TO CANADA TO BE MENTALLY PREPARED AND WE DO HOPE THAT THINGS WOULD SETTLE.

Jobs are being laid off in Canada at present on the verge of recession, please find extracts of recent news :

Economists say data out this week is likely to show that Canada slipped into a technical recession in the second quarter, but the contraction should be short-lived.
Stephen Harper avoids recession label on eve of GDP numbers , Canada’s economy will rebound from the “technical” recession that took place earlier this year, a monthly survey shows.

Most Canadians believe Canada is entering an economic recession and many feel less financially secure than they did a year ago, a new poll for Postmedia has found.
The national survey by Mainstreet Research was conducted just over a week into the federal election campaign and suggests the ailing economy will become a defining issue of the race.

Trying to help all the forumites and not to discourage them as I already mentioned in my earlier post.

Very Correctly said !! We are going to Canada not just to earn in dollars. If career is the goal, then too it's not going to be easy path. I myself have 19 + years of exp in telecom industry and trust me when I worked in the US, there was nothing like career !! World is BIG out there and you have several others who are better than you !! If IMMEDIATE career and money is the goal then US and Canada are the not the right places. Better is to go other places then !! If you have long term plans to settle with family, where your kids can benefit then US and Canada may be the best choice, but that too one should be ready to struggle...
