My spouse as PA had another app at NDVO which was stuck ofter slu since oct 2014 and we withdrawan that after reveiving MR from wRsaw app. And sent same intimation to warsaw on 17 aug thar we have already withdrawn NDVO app.

I don't think there would be any harm if the agent has been representing your all the while. Although my agent was useless I gave them my passports for submission, hoping to receive it next week. basically they want to take credit for completion of process, or any pending payments from clients, is one of the main reason. My agent sent me PPR mail only when the accounts confirmed that all payments were made by me, which was actually done last year. So don't worry.
