Though I got a positive response from Singapore VO to submit passports ,just wondering why they asked you to check with Warsaw ,its all about an individual receiving your query ,try raise a Case Specific Enquiry again ...it might help ..you still have time to give try before trying the worst to go India (what i thought) because Malaysia VAC will not accept your passports unless you have a approval mail from Singapore(I tried going directly also without any mail,they sent me back)....
