But the applicants who done completed Medicals on July end or in August are not getting TLU. Seems they are completely forgot us.

Relax buddy.. You have got PPR email which itself is the proof that they had made decision about your application... Online update is just a formality...
Soon it will be updated....

Thanks mate, its just my consultant edit the CIC mail while replacing CIC signatures with there's which they never did in the past making me skeptic.
