Got this mail today ,app date 22/10/2014, TLU was on 18 may, 2015.

I got married during processing of my file, which i updated (Marriage certificate) and my wife's medical was done with me. Now this mail....

Dear Applicant ,

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
This is to confirm the receipt of documents for your spouse and medical results for both of you, however in order to continue the processing of your application, you are asked to submit:

- all documents that can prove your relationship with your
spouse:
- photos taken on various occasions, not only wedding or honeymoon
photos,
-join bank account, join ownership of possessions etc.
- 4 passport sized photos for her,
- height and eye colour for your spouse,

Upon the receipt of the above listed documents, your application will be
passed to responsible Officer for review.

Please note that the above listed documents should be sent to Warsaw not/not to New Delhi

what else i can provide for documents ?

There are many things that can prove that you know each other for long time and that this marriage is authentic.

If your wife has been using post paid number, you may send copies of mobile bills highlighting your number.

There may be e-mail history or something.

So far as photographs are concerned, it should not be a problem, I guess. If you are knowing each other for long time, there must me ample of pics clicked by now. You may send them.

VO just want to check if everything is "OKEY" with your marriage.

1) Through CSE or
2)Through Email
3) Sending Hard copies

Send email and ask them how to proceed and they will ask you send hard copies, Then you need to send them.

Hi friends,

Congratulations to all who have received DM/PPR this week.

Sorry was out of touch with you for a few days. But, getting ready for my short landing. I have following documents ready:
a. Passport with Visa
b. COPR
c. B4 & B4a
d. POF
e. Photos (Extra if required)

Is there anything that I am missing?

Also, will someone suggest some insurance provider in Canada for travel insurance?

CSE will be a preferred way. But the attachment size allowed in CSE is limited to 3.5 mb only, I guess.

In MR mail, VO gives an option to send scanned copies of passport with a condition that it should not exceed 4 mbs. So you may also send an email.

Hard copies have to be sent along with cover letter.

If you are sending Hard Copies, I will suggest it accompanied by an email along with courier receipt through which the hard copies were sent.

You have to mention:

Your Full Name
Your Date of Birth
Your File Number

in cover letter
