Whats ur date of medicals ?

I have received medicals on May-09 But due to change in family status i have completed Medicals 10-Aug-2015.
But i have send my docs (RPRF,PCC,Passport copies on May 15).

Guys, any luck with TLU for people who did their medicals in July end, August 1st-2nd week?

Its been more than 20 days now since medical completion and 15 days since the hospital uploaded the medicals, but still not TLU.. No re-medical request and no error by hospital in uploading the medicals as far as I know!

Anyone out there still hanging for TLU update like me?

Lets collaborate! I am little tensed now.. seniors is this the time to raise CSE, or should I wait a little bit more? Any suggestions?

I am also in the same boat. I have finished my medicals on 30 july but still no update, already raised an cse no reply from them. So waiting

Guys just now checked ecas and guess what instead of in progress it says decision made..now don't know if its positive or negative.. Hopefully v hear something good soon..sharing news first with forum members..

I am seeking your help as I am stuck in bit peculiar stage

I applied for Canada PR as a single applicant ( bachelor ) and my file is about to complete as I already submitted my PP for visa stamping

As still I am bachelor , but my parents are being searching my soul mate at high pace and as per the scenario I am expecting to get married by next 2 3 months

My question is , would I be able to add my "would be spouse" before landing in Canada and after receiving COPR ?

If Yes, how much time it will take to add spouse ? and which documents apart from marriage certificate CIC may ask ?

You have to return your visa and add your spouse. Your spouse will need to go through Medicals, Background/Security Checks etc. Your marriage will be scrutinized, if vo has even the slightest doubt about authenticity of your marriage.

You will be provided PPR again, if everything is found eligible. Again send passport and stamping.

If I were you, I would not jeopardize my file.

Moreover, how much will you know a woman/man in 1-2 months?

Once your received stamped passport please read the instruction in documents given to you along with stamped passport. if your getting married before landing u need to surrender your PR status .... please ensure before taking big step.. once you land and get you PR card then only go for big day... please also confirm the same through other sources...

Totally Agree with you HMO...!!

It is not sensible idea to add spouse after getting visa. The whole case will be in jeopardy. There are some points to be considered.

1) Adding partner will catch vo's attention about authenticity and intention of the marriage.

2) As per my opinion, two people should take at least 6 months to know each other before deciding upon marriage. 2 months are way too less. Who knows that a man/woman wants to marry you just because you are a "easy pass" to Canada?

3) Getting a job in the initial phase it very difficult as you know. Having extra person depending upon you will make your life bit more difficult.

I have been following this forum for quite a while and got to know that some of our files ( FSW Applicants from India) were transferred to Poland. For the candidates who had completed their meds in late May, 2015, I have been reading their updates, saying they got their PPR from New Delhi VO over the last few days ( Aug 1, 2 weeks), 2015.

Hope we will be lucky and soon receive our PPR's and could anyone of you please clarify me on 'TLU'. All the best to everyone out there waiting for PPR requests.
