I still not got my passports back from VFS New Delhi. I submitted them on 10th and it still says " Visa application, tracking ID No...............is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI."

it has been 89 days today since medicals done and 98 days medicals received, hell of waiting, hope no news means a good news is on its way.Good luck all

Hi, can anybody tell how much average time to reply for CSE. I had raised it yesterday as I got 490 CAD back to my credit card. Though I am 100% sure that it could be of my daughter's (below 18 then, now 18 +), but really worried as I am nearing 90 days from MR request. Please advise. Apart from raising CSE, is there anyway we can reach out to them.

There is no defined time limit for reply of CSE.

It actually depends upon urgency of your matter. Urgency is something which is subjective matter and extent of urgency/priority is decided by the VO. Something you think as urgent might not be that urgent for vo.

One thing is for sure. Every CSE reached to VO and is read by the VO. There are the instances of CSE being responded within a day. Sometimes, there is never a reply.

I had raised CSE for 2 times during the whole process. One for changing of email id and the other one for general inquiry. The first one was answered within 4 days and the other one was never answered.

No... Only DM on the screen in place of In Process.
I guess it will eventually get updated.

Dear Friends,

I had a query. I got my DM on 12-AUG but no PPR yet. So I wanted to raise a CSE. Now, All the communications of my PR goes to my consultant's mail since I had to mention their mail address in the application. So, if I have to raise a CSE via email, Can I send an email from my mail id instead of requesting my consultant to send it?

Now talking about email id, I think you should get a reply on your email id. Assume a case where you have lost access to your email id. What will happen? VO has to answer on a different email id, IMHO.
