My timeline is as follows:
I have your exact same timeline.
Applied on : 19 Sep 14
PER: 9th Jan 15
SLU: 21 April 15
MR: 6th May'15
TLU: 28th May'15
I applied under 2131.

Today, when I checked, the 'in process' has been changed to , "Decision made". However, there is no fourth line update. I mean when we click on the "in process" link, there are only 3 lines still(untill 3. Med results have been received.) Is that normal? Any input is highly appreciated. Thanks

And may i ask the updated information chart and the appendix A the same??? Its in pdf format so i will just print it and handwrite the required details? Pls help thank u

I opted for Receipt by Hand.

I submitted passport on 6th August, Thursday, around 1 PM, which was forwarded to Delhi Office on 7th of August, Friday.

8th and 9th August were off and 15th and 16th were off. (Saturday and Sunday)

So total time took for processing was 7 working days (i.e., 7,10,11,12,13,14,17). Passports were dispatched on 17th August and I collected the same on 18th August, 2 pm.

Thanks for the info bluestone.! How did you come to know that your passports were dispatched on 17th August? Did they intimate you thru mail or msg? Or you checked it thru online tracking no? I'm a little curious to know abt this..!

Online Tracking.

Online update will be made first followed by email and SMS.

I entered details same as were filled at the time of filing application so that there can be no scope of error.

When the passport is ready to be collected, it will be mentioned on the online status. Email will come after online update.

So Online Update is always first.

Hi All ,
Just an update for all guys who are in the same situation as mine like "They are outside country but WARSAW has asked them to submit the passport to New Delhi Visa office .I am in Malaysia now and wanted to submit my passport to Singapore Visa Office ,I raised CSE with New Delhi,Warsaw and Singapore and their replies below :

Warsaw stated that I need to follow the instructions in the letter provided by them .

Delhi stated that ,As my application is getting processed in warsaw ,I need to contact them .

Finally I wrote to Singapore ,mentioning the situation and seeking their approval for getting the VISA print their and fortunately they said yes you can send your passport through Malaysia VAC for VISA printing and today I sent my passport to Singapore through Malaysian VAC .

I am in the same situation.

My visa office was New delhi then transferred to colombo and currently residing in Canada. I email both the offices i.e NDVO AND COLOMBO. I haven't got any reply yet. I was wondering to email ottawa for my visa stamp here in Canada.

Can you please PM me what did you mention in the email to Singapore visa office?

Yeah, perfectly normal.

Photo will be there on COPR CIC copy.
There will be no photo on COPR Client Copy.

They give back one photo. So enjoy. Congratulations...!!

Yes. PPR means you are through . Congratulations !!

You need to submit all passports with the information sought out by them. You can prepare a word/MS Excel sheet.

I just took a printout of gmail mail of PPR ,filled in my Name ,Height ,eye color ,Passport number and expiry.So I gave passport ,filled in gmail printout and 3 photos (asked 2 only) ,did i miss anything or anything wrong with filling the gmail printout and send???

I mailed them too and raised CSE too. And got rply from CVO that Letter will be sent to u by end of next week.
Now i m thinking what letter it will be or letter means PPR only??

Letter means PPR only ,its addressed as letter in PPR mail also.

PPR - 18 august 2015
Now the main part . my online status changed to DM on 31 july ..i waited 12 days and raised a CSE but received a standard reply.. Yesterday morning i was so tensed because it was already so many days passed so we wrote an E-mail to them and guess what after 2 hours we got our PPR
So guys instead of raising CSE.. Please write E-mail to them
