I submitted my passport for stamping but still 4th line in ECAS is not updated, However "In Process" hay s been changed to "Decision Made".


Any body having similar scenario like this.

Need a little help from you.. Could you please confirm on which pin code of Warsaw you sent the courier, was it 00-481 or 00-482? I am about to ship my courier, but confused regarding the correct pincode. In the rprf mail received the pin code given is 00-481, but on their website the pincode given is 482 for the immigration section.. I talked to someone else as well, but their mail contained the pin code 482.. I just want to be sure if there is anyone like me who got a different pin code in the mail, in comparison to the one mentioned on their website..

Same situation was with me also, I was also confused that at which address I have to send documents. After that one senior informed me that both are same only. As per his words" immigration building has two gates ( like front & back) back side gate touches different street where pin code changes from 481 to 482. Finally I have sent to 482. For more clearity you can check with others as well.

My story...........

I am a November 03, 2015 applicant and got Decision Made on July 28, 2015. I have been waiting for my PPR since then and was very anxious and days were passing without any intimation. I could see people getting PPR within 1-5 days of their DMs.

On August 07, 2015 (the day when ppr rain occurred) I contacted my consultant and asked him if I could come and personally check his e-mail ID to make sure whether there is any sign of PPR. In evening I went to my consultant's office with a hope of finding any evidence on my PPR. I scrolled all the folders and found nothing there. I came back depressed and prepared my self for next day (Saturday).

Now pay full attention ..............

On Saturday (August 08, 2015), I came to office and raised a CSE asking about my PPR and providing the details of Decision Made on ECAS. Sunday passed with enjoyment with my family but still there was anxiousness in my heart as to what is gonna happen to my case.

On Monday (August 10, 2015) at 02:17 PM IST, I got a reply from VO that they have already forwarded my PPR to my consultant's e-mail on xxxxx. This moment was shocking for me and I asked my consultant for his e-mail ID and password as I wanted to scan every mail received by him. He surprisingly provided me the details and I scrolled each and every folder of his e-mail ID starting from Inbox, Spam, Outbox, Trash and many others but nothing there. I immediately raised another CSE saying that the PPR mail has lost and it would be a pleasure if they re-send it to my and consultant's e-mail ID again.

Of Course, yeah.

You will notice while making the payment that CIC does not ask for UCI or Application number anytime during the payment process. They are simply collecting the money.

So how will CIC know that this amount is towards YOUR fees?

You have to print receipt, fill in required detail including your UCI/Application Number (or File number) and send it along with Passport copies, and PCC and Medical Receipts.

Medical Receipts are not mandatory to send, though.

But as per there instructions on the mail which says you can send these detail through email also to warsaw and they have not asked for the pcc.

Although both the addresses are in the same single building only just the departments are different ...
My documents had got delivered to Matejki address because of using 00-481(which i had received in my email) but they received my Docs and i have got PPR request also , so there is no worry ...
but my suggestion would be use pin code - 00-482.

If CSE is general like , when will i receive my PPR etc usually no replies , but if its important then replay will be in 2 to 4 days ...
