I believe they have walk-in facility. So I dont think we need to book an appointment. I am planning to visit them early next week...

I would like to know how many days do they take for stamping as I plan to go out for a week in this month.. Can anyone shed some light on this?

it is around 7 to 12 days ... max 15 days as per my knowledge...

in case ppr received and passport validity is less than 6 months what should be the next step . As in any case i have to renew it to validate minimum 6 months , so what effect it will made if I get new passport number for my son , will NDVO have any objection if i submit new passport with new number .

First of all, for tatkaal passport, you'll need letter from designated authority.

Secondly, wvo and ndvo knows the Passport Number. That is why they ask for passport copies at the time of Mr mail.

So, even if you get a new passport tomorrow itself, its of no use unless wvo approves it. So , raising CSE is the only option.

Hi,
I was also given 90 days when I received my MR request on May 8th. I also need to submit FBI PCC. However as you said it takes around 13 weeks. I had requested WVO additional time for FBI PCC submission and they have granted me 30 more days for the same.
