I ws checking processing times for Visa Offices and found that processing time for NDVO is 12 months(after 2010) whereas processing time for WVO is about 34 months(after 2010). I was wondering according to which timelines we will get updates. Please do share some information on this.

I had same confusion.

As per many of the friends in this forum, applicable time is that of NDVO i.e., 12 months. I also agree with this.

It is our principal vo that is to be considered, in my humble opinion.

i was studding in ameerbet st Elhoda building but i was living in mehdipatnam on 3 places first one you know El azazia Mosque then go in the street that beside the mosque till the end then go to the other side of the street and go left for 2 or 3 streets then enter it on the right hand there is simple restaurant make rice with some thing then there is on the middle of this street one school on the left hand i was living up to it last floor , i know it's difficult so tell me any street number and name and postal code there , or the easy way that i say that i lived on the building that i studied in ameerbet street ELhoda building street (have IVAS CENTER) and ZOOM Center as i remember so what is the number of El huda building and what is the postal code ?

NOC is the category you applied under, each category has a number like - Insurance & Real Estate ppl have NOC 0121.

IT'S 90 DAYS SINCE MY TLU....

Very very disheartening and depressing situation. Planning to raise CSE, please help with the procedure.

You dont have to think so much before raising a CSE especially after 90 DAYS of TLU ,I might have written a mail to warsaw around 6-7 times ,but got reply only when it was something not related to my timelines and application status ...like one I got a reply when they asked for PCC from Malaysia and i told them its not required as I am in Malaysia just from last 4 months ,they replied back saying ok its not required,Another query they replied back was when I asked them if I can send passport to warsaw after I receive PPR and not to New Delhi ,they replied its your wish you can send to any ViSA Office .
Apart from that I wrote a mail to them ,may be 5 times otherwise asking random questions like a)whether you have received my documents which I sent after TLU through courier(twice) b)what is the current status of my application c)Once regarding Medical request ,when they sent me document request but no medical request mail and may be some other time as well when I got frustrated but I never got a reply back other than the 2 instance I mentioned .

God knows why the warsaw guys r taking time to issue ppr after dm. Sometimes I got irritated due to this. Can we speculate how long it will take to send ppr after dm

i sent mail to warsaw VO and they replied that they have received payment and will get in touch in due time. i got similar reply about 20 days earlier also.

i have raised request on visainfo for case enquiry, i hope this would help ..... any thoughts / suggestions ???
