IMPORTANT QUESTION / POINT

The Canadian Health benefits start only after 3 months from the date of landing.

So the question is Should we get medical insurance done from a Indian Company or should we prefer a Canadian Company (This seems a better option since we will be in Canada, claim process will be better), if yes which company??

same here bro TLU 21 May
Eagerly waiting for ppr

Hey ROHIT99! I am waiting for it bro. :)

few PPRs on Monday, nothing yesterday, any reported so-far today?

Hey guys required help.... Received recently MR request but we are expecting our baby in next three months so should i postponr the medical now or continue with it. If i am postponing it how much my processing will be delayed... Please advise

Guyz any new PPR/DM today???

Hi Guys

Got the Maple Leaf stamped on our passports along with COPR. VFS Delhi took only 4 working days to handover our passports. My entire process took merely 7 months.

Thank you everyone for your support...Friends who are waiting for TLU/MR/PPR will surely proceed very soon...Warsaw is a very good VO as compared to many others.

Guyz in my MR subject line it is mentioned "SC". What does it mean?? Can someone help me to explain this please.

You have got two options here.. You can proceed with your and yours wife medical's except the X-ray, which can be done at later stage. You need to discuss this thing with your panel physician and take his suggestion. Other option is to raise CSE and inform them about your wife's pregnancy and ask them an extension for medicals. In both options your processing will be stuck at this point until your wife's delivery which is only in three months time.

I personally know a case similar to yours were the VO stopped the processing after being informed about the last stages of pregnancy (3months in this case as well). How we got to know about this, is through GCMS notes. At Medical stage it was written hold until delivery is finished. In addition it was also written " request new dependent docs if added to primary file".. Its up to you how you will go ahead. If I were you, I would go with first option, and once the delivery is done shall complete the remaining test and add new born details..

Yeah even i thought of that, advantage of taking travel insurance frm india is, it will cover the entire trip from India but I seriously doubt abt the claim process which may not be smooth as compared to CA based insurance. Better go for Insurance from their.
