FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Hello,
my file has also gone to Warsaw office. I have received instructions for medicals. I have two doubts:

1. How should we inform them about medicals done and payment made?

2. My son is dependent child in my application, he has undergone medicals for canada student visa last month, does he need to do the medicals again?

Can anyone pls help me know this?

1. You dont have to. Medical centers directly upload the results online in 2-3 days.
2. Not really sure. But I think he has to get it again as VO would have provided a new IMEI number for his medicals as well, and results need to be updated against that number.

Oh I didn't know that. In fact, on last Thursday VFS call centre agent told me that they are working from Monday onwards after Ramadan. Thanks for the information.I shall call them tomorrow before going.

How did you send the passport? By post?
Where did you send it from?
Call them as soon as possible.
Maybe they will tell you to send the filled form separately.

I FORGOT TO FILL THE FORM THAT DEMANDED DECLARATION OF PASSPORT NUMBER NAME HEIGHT EYE COLOR, SURE I WILL GET MY PASSPORT RETURNED..!!!

I was transferred to other sub divison recently tho in same department do you think I should send notarised copy of my orders?
If I send copy of order to VO will it delay my case i. e visa stamping

Decision is already made on your file, you have ppr too, nothing needs to be updated to VO now. prepare for landing. good luck .

Hi friends.! Need help
1. What kind of medical history we need to tell the doctor at the time of medicals?
2. Should it be related to serious medical conditions like high BP, sugar, any recent or even historical surgical treatments etc? Or we need to tell every little medical problem or health related problems ? M really confused.?
Need guidance from the applicants who have successfully completed their medicals.!
Please advise.!
