When it's not going to help there is no point in going further and raising a cse..and let me tell u even though I never travelled out of my state they asked for pcc..that's very funny..my spouse has been in USA ..still we went further and submitted what they asked for..

Dear mission..even though my TLU was on April 20..I had sent my FBI pcc 12 days back to Warsaw .so I wonder if I can raise a cse or give some time..

It's 3 months post submission of all the documents requested.

Haha. The thing is that asking for PCC is standard practice. All countries do this. technically PCC is required from all countries you have lived in for 6 months or more, including your native country.

If you raise CSE, you will get back something like this:

"Dear sir/madam,

Your application is being reviewed by a visa office and background checks are in progress.
There are no pending actions on you at the moment.
Rest assured that the Visa Office will get back to you for further steps in due course".

Now you do realise why I say CSE generally does not help if u want to know the current status.

I am not sure buddy, in CIC i find this information:

visa application centre (VAC)
Closest VAC locations:

New Delhi, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bengaluru (Bangalore), Hyderabad, and Kolkata, India

Visa application centres (VACs) accept applications for study permits, work permits, visitor visas (temporary resident visa), and travel documents for permanent residents.

VACs DO NOT accept applications for Immigration, Express Entry, Authorization to Return to Canada, Temporary Resident Permits, Rehabilitation and Voluntary Renunciation of Permanent Resident Status.

But exception is New Delhi VO as it do accept immigration application. I am not sure whether other VOs do..

No PPRS reported yet :'( :'( :'(

EID Mubarak :-* :-*

Wish everyone gets EIDDI in the form of SLU/MR/TLU/PPR

its not like that. stamping is doing by outsourcing. and all outsourcing for canadian embassy is doing at bglore.
so its normal for stamping they sent to bglore or new delhi vo ..

i hope everything is normal....because it is clearly written in PPR mail that it has to be submitted to NDVO.....but VAC, Ahmedabad have sent it to Banglore!!

may this be because of rush at NDVO??
