Thanks a lot for your reply. I was in an impression that TLU is generated only when we pass medical test. I wasn't aware that TLU is an indication that our requested docs are fine and accepted.

You are right. My TLU was updated even before I had sent my pccs and passport copies to wvo

Applicants are getting DM and PPRs now. It has started to bother me if there is any lapse in my documents. Below is the detail.

Meds request was on 7th May
Meds were done on 19th May
TLU was on 30th May
Documents were received(RPRF Online Receipt, Passport Copies, Meds Receipt, PCC) on 22nd May.
Email of Above documents send to Warsaw on 3rd June

Still NO update. :(

I have a quick question for those who have received PPR and DM. Did you pay RPRF by DD or Credit Card?

If By credit card, then did you send Receipt to only Warsaw or CIC as Well?

Yeah, Hope so.

I checked CIC website and it is mentioned that RPRF receipt has to be sent to Visa Office only.

"The client pays the RPRF online via the CIC website using an accepted credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express only).

Upon approval of the online payment, funds are deposited directly into CIC's bank account in Ottawa. As a result, data capture in IMS (SAP of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD)) and POS+ are not required, and these payments are therefore excluded from the monthly certification of immigration deposits.

After a delay of up to three (3) business days, the HPM receipt number will be available for selection in GCMS.
The client submits the HPM receipt to the appropriate visa office as proof of payment.

A GCMS user at the visa office will retrieve the HPM receipt number specified on the receipt submitted by the client (assuming at least 3 business days have passed).

A GCMS user at the visa office responsible for cost recovery will record the payment for the HPM receipt under the client's application and allocate the payment."

Process at VFS for PP Submission.

1. Walk in between 9am to 4 pm Mon~Fri. They are petty punctual and strict will not take any application at 4:01pm also.

2. Once entered, the security asks for the purpose of visit and how many Visas are there for submission.

3. The personnel at the counters prints a token no.

4. The security guys will insist to switch off the mobile phones and ensures the same.

5. The other security guy completes the frisking.

6. Security guards opens the VFS main office with his access card.

7. Need to wait for turn at the counter number given, there is display for notifications.

8. Once at the counter the VFS guy asks for email print out and the table with main Applicant details.

9. The VFS guy will enter the information in a format and take sign and arranges all the document and photos.

10.He asks to deposit the fee at cash counter, which is Rs. 579/- per passport + Rs. 49/- for SMS alerts.

11. Once the fee is paid , the VFS guy will enter the information in the system and will verify email ID and phone no.

12. Afterwards he prints 3 sets of bar codes and Visa Fee and acknowledgement receipt.

13. 3 bar codes are pasted, one each, on Passport, khaki envelope and couriers carry bag.

14. Thereafter he puts everything in the courier bag and puts a pla card in courier bag's show pocket , mention 'PR' and total no. of passport/applications in the bag.

15. He then hands over the cash receipt and explains the method to track the application on website and mentions that it take 10~15 days for the passports to return.

16. It can be specified if one wants the passport to be delivered at home and to be collected from VFS office (period of 2~4pm , Mon to Friday).

17. He explains that one can come for collection on the very next day of getting the 'passport dispatched' SMS.

18. In case of collection from VFS office , one needs to carry authorization and ID proof copy of other adult members in the application.

19. The transaction is over.

20. The VFS staff is very courteous and professional, they work very methodically. Over all experience was excellent.
