That's correct. What I have learn't from the forum is Medical officer at regional office just tests and results are uploaded in Q. Physician at Canada/Warsaw takes the decision and upon that we get the status as Medicals received.

barry03 said:
Yes that's right. Unless until CIC is ok with medicals they do not update TLU :)

bluestone said:
Exactly.

Once Medicals are finished, the Designated Practitioner checks the reports and uploads to Regional Office. In our case Regional Office is Delhi.
Medical officer at Regional Office will assess the report.

If he/she thinks that something is wrong, further tests will be suggested to hospital and hospital, in turn, call you for further test.

If he/she thinks that medical results are fine, he will then enter the result in GCMS. At this point of time, your status will show TLU.

Thank you Rock_r4, barry03,Bluestone and Rohith99 for clarification

TLU Updated on 05th June,

Will receive PPR with Gods Grace in the coming week, hopefully by the 10th.

Seniors,

When we submit Passport at VFS then we need to provide latest photograph or it can be old?

Hi Friends,
Just got PPR :) But I have been asked to send passports directly to WVO instead of NDVO. Could be because I have stayed out of India for quite a long time. PPR came after 12 working days following DM/4th Line.

Information that may be of help to friends in this thread.
After receiving Medical and RPRF request email from Warsaw, I sent ONLY hard copies of the following:

RPRF Receipt - Paid by CC (Duly filled in by hand)
Passport copies (Current passport only)
Original Medical done receipts issued by the clinic (Just the receipts, no other forms)
PCCs (Canadian, Chinese & Indian PCC. Indian PCC was Issued by the Consulate of India)
Printed copy of the document request email sent by WVO
Cover letter

This forum and friends here have always provided valuable and sometimes critical information for all stages of processing in addition to support for each other which is our only hope during this journey.
Wishing everybody here a speedy process to DM/PPR. Have to see when we can get our PPs back!

PCC from psk is issued by ministry of external affairs. It is the highest authority. I'm not sure where it's been declined. Can you pls forward us the post.

Hi friends,

Just wanted to share my updates:

I recieved MR/PCC/RPRF/Updated POF request on 9th May, 2015.

1. MR: I completed my Medicals at Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai on 23rd May, 2015. Everything went on well. My medical results were uploaded by them on 25th/ 26th May, 2015.

2. RPRF: Since we did not have a credit card, we tried paying through my Axis bank debit card. It didnt work. Later, we tried with Kotak bank Debit card. Worked like a wonder!! So, RPRF through debit card is surely accepted :D

3. Updated Proof of funds: I got a balance certificate issued from my bank for the FD and sent it to Warsaw

4. PCC: I had applied for the same in March, 2015. I had received it within the same day from Thane PSK. Process was so simple and easy!

5. Sent through courier: I preferred to send all the above mentioned docs along with photocopies of passport through courier.

I dispatched the courier through BlueDart on 29th May 2015 and the same was received by 'Zielinski' at Poland on 1st June, 2015!

I received my third line update on ECAS on 1st/ 2nd June, 2015..

Hope this helps those who are yet to complete the MR process ;)

In case anyone needs any details on any of the above steps, I will be happy to help.. Rather 'Happy' will be happy to help.. LOL ;D ;D

Regards,
Happy :D

some said no, while some says that internationally valid debit card is also ok. check at your end.

Debit cards are surely accepted. May be not all debit cards. I tried through Axis, but was not getting through. Thereafter, I tried through Kotak and was successful ;D

Hope this helps.

Money in any form are always and accepted :P...I agree debit or credit cards are accepted.

Hi everyone
I have a concern.
I got my medial and medical forms around 10 days back but there is no second line update till now. Is it normal??

Congratulations on PPR! Did they ask you to send it to WVO by submitted to VFS Poland or post/courier to poland. It would be risky to send it directly as you will not have acknowledgement or receipt that they have your passports. You need to check with the main formulites for furthur help before sending the same.

Hey guys! big problem here i just discovered!
I paid my RPRF fees using demand draft and it was made in favour of "RECIEVER GENERAL FOR CANADA" to Warsaw VO. Now the problem is according to the following link it says...Visa offices cannot accept:1. receipts for fees paid in Canada;2. personal cheques...
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/result.asp?countrySelect=NP&lob=rprf
The draft is made to Royal Bank of Canada with address of Toronto, Wellington street. Now my question is...is my draft valid? Lots of confusions. :'(
yes it is on the name of rec. general of canada not anyone else. u r correct path

Hi Casey:
Firstly congrats on the PPR!!

Now this is interesting. You are saying WVO asked you to courier your passports from India to Warsaw? I was under the impression that sending Indian passport outside the country is illegal. This is mentioned on the passport also.
Are you aware of this?

Harry

Hi Seniors,

I have got my PCC from India through PSK in Ahmedabad today. It took just 1 day to get it issued through PSK after applying through online services.

Is this a valid PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) for submission to CIC or should I submit the PVC (Police Verification Certificate). Which document is expected by CIC - is it the PCC issued by PSK or the PVC issued by the Local Police Station through the Office of the Police Commissioner ?

Please advise.
