Hi everyone,

I am done with my medicals and also couriered the requested documents to warsaw Vo , however I wanted to know if I had to include the MR forms (which was emailed to me) as well in the post or its fine without that.

My second query is that I also want to email warsaw VO with all the passport pages of mine and my dependants,e- RPRF receipt & medical report tracker. Ppl who have emailed the documents to Warsaw VO please advise on how did you do that with the limitation being 4 mb .

Hey buddy hospital has confirmed me that they have sent the report on 4th may. That's the reason me worried y there is no third line update till date.. ???

what we have to do with Medical forms. We have to fill up by ourself before going there?

hey chirag!!! I knw its difficult to wait but then no option except waiting. One thing i would like to tell you tht they will not refuse your file, without giving u a chance to explain. so be patient and stop waiting. Distract urself. As far as u do not receive any mail from them. So goodluck and just be patient.. See i got my slu on 11th april.. Imagine my situation. There is no point to worry.. Keep me updated. This is exactly what i am doing!!

Dear Senior Members,

Just joined this group. I am from India and my file also moved to Warsaw. I understand that the similar questions might have been asked before, I did browse through but everyone has different case and questions. I will highly appreciate your quick help here. Need a clarification on RPRF payment -

1- can I pay by Credit Card and send a soft copy of payment slip to Warsaw office on the same email id mentioned for copy of all passport pages?

2- do I need to send passport photcopy and payment slip printout through courier to Warsaw office?

One more query, I have applied with the help of immigration consultant in Delhi. In place of filling out form 5476, they have mentioned consultant's address in canada and his email-id. I am not getting any support from the local counterpart hence thinking of using my own details, do anyone know the process for the same? Would there be any impact or use of using canada address any further? My Medical etc. are already done.

When does the third line gets updated?
Is it after CIC receiving medical reports or once our RPRF, PCC, and passport pages photocopies reach the VO?

After they receive the medical report from the hospital one of the department is assigned to check the results (Ottawa- if I'm not wrong). If everything is clear and if they don't need any additional tests to be done. they would update the line as "Medical results have been received"
