i would suggest you to be done with the pcc ...coz my laywer suggested me the same and i tagged it along the application....well his othr clients are getting medical and landing fees requests without pcc ..and i have checked with others guys in frm..those submitted thr pcc along are not getting request again..so they will ask you yaar..it DOES make a lot of sense to take ur pcc..as its gonna save a hell alot of time..yaar

I have got PCC from Commissioner's office in Ahmedabad within five days.
Also applied online to get PCC from PSK, Ahmedabad, on appointment day they informed me they can't issue PCC without police verification if the passport was issued before six months.

I advice you to start the process immediately.

Yes you can do that... many applicants submit their PCC at the time of filing the applications. No worries on that.

Who will get fresh PCC requests in MR email?

If I have sent PCC's (both foreign and domestic) which was issued less than 3 months before when it got received by CIC and still the 1 year period is not over, will they again ask for fresh PCC's?

In my case, my and my wife's domestic PCC are dated 15th Sept 2014 and my wife's foreign PCC is dated 30th June 2014. My application reached CIC on 24th Sept 2014 (i.e. before 3 months) and still it has not crossed 1 year period (the earlier one being 30th June 2014 PCC). I am expecting MR email within mid May. So, do you think they will ask for fresh PCC's or not?

Anybody with past experiences, pls share your details so as to forecast for cases like mine.

I think CIC might ask for PCC for your wife.
