Hi hardworkpays,
All the requested documents are to be submitted in hard copies only. It is clearly stated in the MR mail. They will not consider soft copies including the receipt of RPRF and the copy of medicals registrations which are given to us to be sent to WVO by the clinic. PCC original only.

I request everyone to read their emails carefully lest you might end up wasting precious time.

Jaag

Thanks Jaag. Quoting this for PM88's question...HARD COPIES !

I have two questions, Please reply,
1. For those who have sent their PCC along with the application are requested to send again their recent PCC after they receive MR?
2. What are the medical test they mention in our medical request letter or email? Please reply.
Or
Name of medical tests?

If the WVO wants you to send your PCC once again it will ask you to do so. Therefore unless asked for the PCC don't resend. I had sent in my PCC from India along with the application. When it reached Nova Scotia it was valid. When I received my MR request I was asked to submit my USA PCC which was not available at the time of the application.

Secondly, the list of medical tests is in one of these threads or else you an find them in the cic website. Search for the medical tests.

I hope this helps

Hi PM88,

My understanding and what I intend to do is send all these documents in hard copies. [Originals and xerox copies], because CIC would need the PCC in originals anyways. So while sending it there is no harm sending the other docs too in hard copies rather than scanned copies, as the courier packet would not exceed the min 0.5 Kgs anyways. I use DHL. [Having said that , note that the additional document request email DOES NOT state anywhere that you should send the RPRF/Medical receipts/RPRF receipt ONLY by courier]

Once every other document is ready , we can send the same by courier, which should complete the process and all we need to wait for is for the PPR.

I will be sending the following in originals/xerox copies:

Cover Letter
Document request email from WVO (This is the MR)
Medical request email + IME PDF (This would have come separately on the same day of your MR)
Passport xerox copy (All 36 pages)
ORIGINAL PCC(s)
ORIGINAL MEDICAL RECEIPT (This would be given to you on the day of the medical test from the hospital)
RPRF Fee Receipt

If you have got ur MR, you would have noticed that ALL passport pages are required to be sent by Courier/Mail/Email. So do send it by email too the moment you receive that email ( I'm referring only to the scanned passport pages here).

The address I would send the packet by courier would be:

Immigration section - Warsaw | Section d'immigration - Varsovie
Embassy of Canada in Poland | Ambassade du Canada en Pologne
ul. Piekna 2/8
00-482 Warszawa

Hope this address matches the one on your MR email

Hope this answers your question PM88.

Hello 2leezhere

Im also sending the hard copies via DHL and i agree with u.

As I'm told that the report of the medical test would be sent by the medical doctors online (by them) i.e. you don't need to send them again. But u said "(ORIGINAL MEDICAL RECEIPT (This would be given to you on the day of the medical test from the hospital)". This made me confuse whether they give us the hard copies of medical report to be sent by ourselves or they do it for us.

I'm sending RPRF by Demand Draft on the name: " Receiver General For Canada- in Canadian Dollars drawn on a Canadian Bank" . Is this right? or does it have a prblm?

I'm sending from Nepal.

Please kindly respond
