I got my 2nd line update on 7th April.. Till when it would be expected to get MR?

Am seeing ppl from nov, or after me are getting MR after 2nd line update.. when should i start worrying...( although am already tensed as these are the defining moments when background check is in process and you already started to to hope more after PER)

Dear Friends and Seniors,

I am still waiting for answers from you for my below queries. Pls help in clarifying the below situation.

I sent Nepalese PCC of myself and my wife along with my wife's PCC from another country where she studied before while filing application during Sept 2014. If WVO asks for fresh PCC of myself and my wife in MR email, then does it mean that we should get her foreign PCC too again or is it only fresh Nepalese PCC (She hasn't visited that country again after we filed the application to CIC)??

I am yet to get MR email but still want to get prepared for the above issue to resolve in time.
