FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Application received at CIC, Canada on 11/12/2014
Got my application no. on 27/2/2015
Again got my case transferred letter on 9/4/2015

How much more time will be required to get the case matured. Also I am new so can't understand your abbreviations like RPRF, NOC, WVO, PER, SLU etc..... help me getting use to them...

Well i think you will have to wait for another 30 to 45 days. But if u r lucky u mite get good news anytime sooner as they are not following any sequence.. WVO means Warsaw visa office, NOC national occupation code/category,, in which ever category you have applied,, RPRF right to permanent resident fee which u need to pay to cic, PER is positive eligibility review and SLU mean second line update. SLU on April 17

Is your VO NDVO?...if that's the case then your file might have been transfer to NDVO and as per my knowladge they don't send AOR.

Dear Yesh,

Im not considering myself as an expert yet !

What I would send are:

1.Payment receipt of the RPRF (by following the guidelines in the CIC portal while making the payment)
2.A printout of the email received by WVO ( the MR/RPRF/PCC request email)
3.Acknowledgement issued by the doctor during your medical examination -Medical receipt
4.Photocopy of Current Passports [All pages - Remember we would have sent a scanned copy of all pages by this time anyways].
5.Original PCC from India + PCC from countries where we have resided for 6 months+
6.A cover letter signed by you [Optional- makes it more professional, as I said before these are the things I would send].

Correct me if I am wrong....for all these docs we can send a soft copy to Warsaw...no courier is required....
we can send all the mentioned information by means of replying to the AOR mail and also by using case specific enquiry CSE link.

Medical test forms will be sent by doctors directly to warsaw.
passport & PCC we can scan send as a AOR email reply.
similarly payment reciept we can submit by replying to AOR email reply.

No hard copy courier should be required...as we dont know VISA officer proceesing our specific file...all we know is the warsaw email address....

Folks,

Remember passport copies of ALL pages (Scanned/Email or by Post) literally means ALL pages. Even blank pages are required. So the total should be 36 pages ! This might sound silly, am sure it might help some here

This would be mentioned in the MR/RPRF/PCC email which you receive.

To get pcc from Ahmedabad - contact psk. if your address is unchanged they will issue psk same day
rprf canbe paid thro, credit / debit card
piles surgery is not a major issue to affect medicals- only tb/hiv/hepatitis like diseases should be a cause of concen
