Did you call NDVO or raised CSE to inform that you had newborn? If you have raised CSE with NDVO what was the response time?

Yes I rasied CSE and they replied that my file has been transferred to WVO. The response time was 30 days.

Praise the Lord. With the grace of Jesus Christ ...Have recd my MR,PCC,RPRF and PP soft copy request, today

Have recd two separate emails (spouse/myself) - with two pdf documents (IMM1017) which has our details filled in. Need to take that to the DMP as per the instructions. I checked with a DMP for an appointment next week. It costs Rs 4100 per person. They have eMedicals too.

The only thing which is not clear in the email I received is - Where to send the original PCC ? To Warsaw or NDVO? That is not mentioned in the email.Pls share your experience if you have already sent the same.

As i said in my earlier posts that i have sent my kids documents to NDVO on 2nd Feb 2015. But, my application moved to WVO on 24th Feb 2015. I raised a CSE with WVO to check if they have received my kids documents or not. WVO replied back saying that they have not received and asked me to send them within 30 days and they have warned that if they dont get the documents within 30 days they will reject the application. Now here is the problem I have sent the documents including DD of 150 CD to NDVO. I have raised CSE with NDVO to check if they will send the documents to WVO or send them back to me. If latter was case they would have send them back long alone because i have sent the documents on 2nd Feb 2015 and have not received them yet. I have checked with bank on the DD status and it is still outstanding. If NDVO takes 30 days to respond back on my query i will not meet the deadline of 30 days set by WVO. So, please suggest what should i do? Shall I call NDVO?

My case was similar to yours, I will share what I did.

1) first send the case specific enquiry to the warsaw office through there site and waited for their response.
2) On getting response I have send all the asked documents via courier to WVO office.
3) Got issued CAD$150 in the favor of "Receiver General of Canada" Payable at any canada Bank from HDFC bank.

I have send all these docs in Feb 27th and they were delivered to the WVO on 4 march ,but till date there is no communication on the whereabout on my application.

My case is similar to your ...line by line ....Not happy with the way they are handling applications ....Poor communicationn .....Zero Transparency .................

you have two option:

one, try to contact NDVO or visit them.
Second, send all docs again to WVO with new DD ASAP. Most probably your DD will be en cashed by one of them. The worst thing can happen that both VO encash the DD but you will always have the option of getting refund.

Since its very important that you meet their timeline of 30 days and after putting all your efforts you dont want your application to be rejected because of some small amount of money.
