Hi, Thanks, my initial VO was Moscow, so my files traveled to Warsaw from Moscow. I got my RPRF on 19 Jan together with MR. No additional docs were requested. I had not submitted my PCC to CIC, however I sent it together with MR and passport copies without waiting for Warsaw request.

Great!!

Thanks!

Hi mk9212,

As per your timeline on the left, you have already received PER (Positive eligibility Review) email from CIC. If your file is transferred to Warsaw Visa Office (WVO), then you will get an AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) email from the same VO. Give it 30-45 days from the day you received your PER.

Regarding the RPRF fees (Request for Permanent Residence fees), it is in CAD and not in Poland currency. The same can be paid online or via DD.

Lastly, we are all waiting desperately for MR request from WVO! So let's keep praying for a speedy process from WVO.

Cheers,
Lazyboy

Thanks lazy boy....

As per my information....Warsaw is most slowest vo.....
Is it correct???
Please give example of past Warsaw time line

As per CIC data NDVO and WVO has same performance record....

While NDVO is working faster at approx 3X speed .... WVO has not enough data to generate avg speed

Hi mk9212,

As correctly pointed out by BhaiBhai, NDVO undoubtedly is working fast however it also gets much more applications as compared to WVO hence the average processing speed of NDVO increases due to this large inflow of apps.

Also, since our files were originally for NDVO but CIC transferred them to WVO, they have done it for faster processing. So, let's keep our hopes on the brighter side and pray that WVO picks up the pace (now that it has more files to process)

Cheers,
LazyBoy

Hi arika,

where do we see the email address?? I can see my postal address only in my ECAS....

I know mine is correct in system but this is for my personal info and knowledge...

Hey bhaibhai,
you're doing a great job hepling other members of this thread!

Of course E-cas is meant to keep applicants informed the first place, but all of the personal data you see originates from your own file only. That's to say that CIC officer who makes an entry to the system have only Generic application form itself to consult with.
Therefore, it's logical to suggest that e-mail ID from E-cas is the one which is also registered as an applicant's primary contact mail and will be used for correspondence.

Agree in total. But I cant see my email address listed on ECAS so asked the question... where can we see our email address in ECAS?

Hey BhaiBhai,

We can't see our email address in ECAS. For my case, I only see my "Current mailing address" in top right of the page.

Are we supposed to see email address too? :o ::)

Really? Man, I could bet I've seen it there somewhere.

The worst thing is that I cannot check it myself at the moment. But if you guys say there's no mail ID there's no reason to doubt you words.

Wish I could see it for myself :(

Could be a change in system and you may have checked it before that change...

Like the recent one where people have reported two diff address, mailing and current if they are different...

I too have the same case but in my case it displays only one.... :o

Hi Woodspirit,

You received your PER and other correspondence on email right? That means there is an email address on record. Did you asked to change your email address?

Signed request is a simple application from your end with a signature so they can verify your signature with the signature on application docs. This is basically to avoid changes in case someone gets hold of your email access and request changes. You can write a letter with details such as UCI and file number etc and sing it and scan it.

You have an option to upload the doc. Upload the scanned doc along with CSE and it shall be fine.

Hi,
I received both via letters. I think they overlooked my email id or it wasnt clearly written.
Thanks a lot for the information though.

Also, do you have a what'sapp group? Kindly add me too. +918427798641

Thanks and regards

In that case raise CSE here

secure(dot)cic.gc(dot)ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=warsaw

replace (dot) with '.'

Why they sent me Warsaw .....instead of colombo or ndvo....coz same time line few people are with ndvo and colombo...

Good Question....

The answer is its their decision....

If you are not happy you can withdraw your application any time during the process...

Kidding Bro... It may be Good for you... Or at NDVO or CVO you may be assigned to a very strict Visa officer who knows.....
