VO - Selected NDVO in IMM0008 but file transferred to Warsaw as per AOR.

What is strongly believe from statistics is Warsaw VO working is quite different from NDVO in few aspects such as -

a. NDVO issues MR within 45 - 75 days of PER. After receiving medicals from applicant, it takes another 120 - 150 days approx. for issuing PPR because NDVO does background & security checks after MR (in most of cases as discussed on various forums). For example - My cousin got his MR from NDVO during Oct, 2014 and is still waiting for PPR.

b. Warsaw VO issues MR within 60 - 120 days of PER. After receiving medicals from applicant, it takes only 15 - 30 days approx. for issuing PPR because unlike NDVO, it does background & security checks before MR (in most of cases as discussed on various forums). For example - Many cases reported where WVO issues PPR only after 15 - 30 days of medicals.

c. Timeline for issuing PPR is almost same for both NDVO & WVO (6 - 7 months from PER).

Therefore, in my opinion we must wait to see the functioning of WVO because there are not many people whose files are transferred to WVO . Surely we will get something positive for all of us in coming days. Hope to see lots of smiling faces including mine :P :P

Hi all...my file transferred to WVO.. I didnt submit PCCs for myself n my husband at the time of filing application. I will get this request with MR, my questions

1. Should we go for DCP PCC or from Passport Sewa Kendra
2. My husband was in NZ for 2yrs...how to get PCC from there.
3. If we apply online PCC from NZ ..we will get it by email...will that work or should we ask for hard copy

Thank you!

Hi, Welcome to the snail VO :P (so far)

1) If the address in your passport and your current residence are same, you'll get the PCC from PSK in 2-3 hours, if not, DCP PCC is also ok, point is go for whichever takes less hassle and time.
2)CIC websites guides you on how to obtain PCCs for various countries, go through it for NZ.
3)I applied for my PCC online from UK but I received it in mail, a awesome quality certificate for PCC, however, check thoroughly if you will really get it by email??

My guess for WVO:
They are taking 45-90 days from AOR to MR considering last few applications.

Now as many files are transferred to WVO I think this gap will reduce in upcoming days.

There are around 32 entries who received AOR in first week of February.

As it will be around a month by this weekend, I expect 2nd line update for many of them at least 20-50% by the end of next weekend March 15, 2015 or so.

I think The days from AOR to MR will decrease from 45-75 days to 35-60 days in upcoming days.

The good think is that they are taking less time for PPR within 30-45 days (I know there is only PPR but expecting the trend to continue) which is good as compared to 90-150 days taken for PPR by NDVO.

In extreme situation if they are increasing time period from AOR to MR in future still it is blessing in disguise if they issue PPR within 30-45 days. This will increase the validity of our visa and give us adequate time for landing which is not case for many NDVO applicants who hardly have 3-6 months from PPR date.

So lets kill the waiting period before getting MR instead of waiting long for PPR after MR, and hope that we all receive PPR within 30-45 days after MR received.

Best wishes to all WVO applicants and hoping that they speed up their process.

I HAD GUESSED THAT TOO :P :P ;D ;D
