People who had received their PER between Jan 12 to Jan 18 are the one who has longest time for PER to AOR in range of 40+ against the average of 28...

Strange that one particular block is behind.... Is it something like files transferred to NDVO initially and later on sent to WVO???
Perhaps CIC was confused whether to send these files to Colombo or Warsaw.
Ultimately ended up at Poland ;)

Hi friend my wife got it at night-time and I got it at the afternoon.

Interestingly today there was a press announcement that hundreds of people have received such calls on the very day in my country. Our mobile operators confirmed that the calls were from Poland and Lithuania and are surely hacked. But they can not say from where the hackers got our numbers.

Now feel a bit relieved that my theory of CIC or WVO is being rejected :)

Hi All,

If our files are being transferred to Warsaw VO, do we need to submit our passports to Warsaw or NDVO?

Also is it good that our files are with Warsaw office or NDVO is better?

Reposting :(

We wouldnt be required to submit Passport to Warsaw, only our case is getting processed there. This is done to have shortest possible timeline for processing as NDVO is loaded with backlog files and Warsaw was not having much load so the new files are going there only for processing. You would be notified next for same. Other senior members advised as well as my consultant advised also the same.

Better or not cant say as Warsaw processing timelines is same as NDVO, only we can assume change is for our good only !

Hi xman,

My observation was based on SS data only... However I am not able to see it either now....

So either that entry is modified/corrected or I was dreaming...

How much more to go?
My guess for WVO:
They are taking 45-90 days from AOR to MR considering last few applications.

Now as many files are transferred to WVO I think this gap will reduce in upcoming days.

There are around 32 entries who received AOR in first week of February.

As it will be around a month by this weekend, I expect 2nd line update for many of them at least 20-50% by the end of next weekend March 15, 2015 or so.

I think The days from AOR to MR will decrease from 45-75 days to 35-60 days in upcoming days.

The good think is that they are taking less time for PPR within 30-45 days (I know there is only PPR but expecting the trend to continue) which is good as compared to 90-150 days taken for PPR by NDVO.

In extreme situation if they are increasing time period from AOR to MR in future still it is blessing in disguise if they issue PPR within 30-45 days. This will increase the validity of our visa and give us adequate time for landing which is not case for many NDVO applicants who hardly have 3-6 months from PPR date.

So lets kill the waiting period before getting MR instead of waiting long for PPR after MR, and hope that we all receive PPR within 30-45 days after MR received.

Best wishes to all WVO applicants and hoping that they speed up their process.

I eagerly wish your observation comes true. If so I should get my PPR either this or coming week (MR done in Jan 24)

Thanks for justifying and giving hopes dear Sarkar. +1 for your work.
Till date, WVO has not issued so many PPRs so that we can make any idea or approximation. Single PPR of Ioanna and timelines of Roman and other warsaw vo primary applicants indicates that they take maximum time in between AOR and MR in other words they seems initiate all investigations all together and after receiving that, they issue MR which overall decrease time limits after MR to PPR (as in the case of Ioanna), a wild guess. Unlike Colombo VO who works simultaneous on all parameters.
No doubt as said by you that they may pace-up their work due to increased work load. But the criteria will may remain same. So first week feb AORs by WVO expect their MRs in either last week or before second week of April.
God wish us all a speedy PPRs and subsequently landing in Canada.

Hi guys,

Just wanted to share our timeline as there is a lot of discussions about the time between MR and PPR))
We received MR two weeks after AOR back in Oct-14, still waiting for PPR... so it's already 4.5 months since "medical results have been received" update in ECAS. Needless to mention our anxiety))
