I am JAAG. My details are as follows
App recd date - 16 Sept 2014
Per mail - 5 Jan 2015
Visa off - NDVO but file moved to Warsaw Poland
AOR mail - 26 Feb 2015
Noc - 1123

I had submitted all the necessary docs at the time of submission except for the FBI pcc. My question is that should I wait until I'm asked for it to be sent to Poland? If yes then should I send the hard copy or scan it n email it?

I work from an iPad and therefore can't update SS. Can somebody update it for me? Hoping for a fast processing for all of us.

Hello Bhaibhai, The following is the email I had received. I had raised a case specific query as I had to include my new born in our application and had initially sent a scanned signed letter as requested by NDVO few weeks back. As I had not heard back from them regarding the address which the supporting documents including the fee payment for the new member needs to be sent, I had raised the query.

This is in response to your recent email to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

In response to your recent enquiry about your application for Permanent Residence in Canada, please note that we have a flexible global network and our New Delhi office has high processing demands. Therefore, in order to ensure the most efficient processing of your file, it has been transferred to our Warsaw office, where the processing demands are lower.

To update information on your application and for all further case-specific enquiries about your application, you must contact the Warsaw office at:

PCC can be submitted in original only. Wait for the their request, don't rush it.

Great to see them working in 10mths time frame...however considering forum participants seem they had FAR FAR less workload prior to NDVO trfd applications...hope they pick up speed with more work to be done by them ahead....

Better to raise an CSE with Warsaw, not sure NDVO will send the same to them or not....
