Could someone provide me CIC Call centre number (calling from outside Canada), and the time between which they accept calls. I am from India. Thanks.

I would suggest you don't waste your money. Once your file has moved to the VO outside Canada, the CIC call centre agents will not give you ANY further information about your application.

I had submitted a query to CIC and even called them regarding my application. And they replied that since my application was forwarded to Warsaw, they are unable to answer any questions about it. Further they gave me the email if of Warsaw visa office for further enquiry.

I quite agree with what you have said, but saw a couple of posts yesterday where people said they received response from the Call centre agents, not regarding the status of their application, but words of comfort stating that the application is nearly at the end of review and they should hear from VO soon, thought i'd give it a try too!

Would you guys rather suggest a CSE / GCMS than a phone call?

Did you raise a CSE then? did you receive a reply from WVO? My application is through a consultanct, is it Ok for me to raise a CSE and/or ask for GCMS notes without informing the consultants?

Hi Everyone, there must be quiet a few people in this forum waiting for their MR & PPR, but none has given any good news so far. Till last month people were hopeful that Warsaw Visa Office will pull its act together and get going in the month of November. It doesn't seem like that so far. The wait is so frustrating, there should be a system where one gets some updates from the CIC as to which visa office is going to take how much time. There's nothing anyone can do but wait.

Would request everyone to be regular and active on this forum and update any development at anyone's end. Any gud news from any direction will be more than welcome here. All the very best to everyone, lets just hope that the wait is worth it and we all get positive results in the end. As, they say "All is well that ends well"

+1 for the encouragement. i agree that all of us should post something in this forum and keep this webpage live. at least we can start building up the solid foundation before reaching Canada that will help us to settle early.

Prinipmp, I see you were planning to move to Canada in December 2015, Lets just keep our fingers crossed and hope we get our PPR's soon. Will update once there is any movement at my end. 8)

As far as you have UCI number, it is hundred percent save, secure and OK but I shall emphasize it is necessary that you must immediately raise CSE and parallel to that go for GCMS notes to know the reality and real status of your application. There is no harm in that, but it will disclose to you the truth. Sometimes consultant misguide and doesn't provide the right information.

Just to inform the group. That finally after a long dry spell there was an MR from Warsaw VO. The member I think is on not active on forum:

App Date :10th Dec
Aor: 9th April
Slu: 25th May
New SLU: sometime in Feb '15
Physical verication followed by telephonic verification : 7th October'15
MR & RPRF& PCC request : 3rd Nov approximately 8 pm IST.
Applicants area: Hyderabad.
NOC: 4214

Have seen atleast 6 people getting PPR today by LVO, NDVO, Cairo Visa Office and 1 MR so far from Manila VO. Most applicants were from May/June/ July 2014.
Nothing from Warsaw
