This might help -

As per the details available at the CIC website, the normal period of 3 months starts from the date when the medical results are received by them.

The extract from the website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=983&t=4 is -

How long will my application take if I need a medical exam?

After a medical examination by a Panel Physician, the results are sent for review to the CIC medical office which serves your region. The CIC medical office will assess the results and send their assessment to the visa office which is processing your application.

Processing times can vary but generally:

For permanent resident applications, it normally takes three months after our medical office receives the medical examination results from the Panel Physician before we will contact you regarding the next stage of your application. This is true only if you have already complied with our other requests (e.g. to submit other documents).

But my case is different.
Till date i did't received my medical.
Its approximately seven months till my per.
And over 3 months till i provided them documents requested by visa officer.
Also i have applied GCMS through my consultant but its over 60 days.i dont get my notes.and my consultant saying that we can raise CSE after 33 months (processing time of warsaw but initially i am from NDVO).
I got my slu on 26 aug with backdated processing started in march.
Now i am unable to know about the exact situation of my file.
