thanks for the response.! But i thought u already have the letter in ur email AMAM? I thought the letter content was passport request.? Thanks.! How do u know its a passport request?

I received email from Colombo Visa office about PPR and 2 recent photos.But, Not a letter.

but my ecas says that " We have send you a Letter on....." on my Decision made status.I am Still waiting for a letter.

oh okay .. I understand. Its a bit different in y case as my status is still IN PROCESS , but there is a 5th line that stated "we have send you a correspondence letter on august 17,2015..... Thanks again!

buddy as per system, u dont recieve any letter.. by letter they mean the mail, i guess..
since u have recieved the PPR mail, dont worry at all.. just submit ur passport n photos to the VFS..
dont get confused or worried, u have recieved PPR.. that means everything is going perfectly fine..!!

hello again! If i may ask, WHAT DOES RECEIVING A PASSPORT REQUEST MEAN? Does it mean my medical furtherance tests results were all fine now? Does it mean they are already finished on the medical results stage? Thanks i greatly appreciate all ur efforts to respond.

A passport request means that your application has been approved and they are ready to paste the visa in your passport. Yes, your medicals were okay.

HELLO! Thanks so much for taking time to respond to my queries. I got an email from the visa office with PPR, and still waitig for my consultant to instruct me on what to do next. Thank u so much.... Hope really my furtherance tests results were fine and accepted. Thank u again!

hello! We have the same case. Status still IN PROCESS. But there is a line that states 5. We sent a correspondence august 17, 2015... I have not received an email from my consultant yet and im a little worried what might be the content of the correspondence.

check with ur consultant, surprisingly my consultant has not fwd me the generic email they received though requested to submit PP. Bit skeptic on my consultant act. no fourth line or any other statement updated yet.

Just wanted to know, when we are submitting passport to VFS, do we need to submit old passports also?

Is it good to give passport to my consultant for submission, as he was asking me to submit in case ppr comes.

VFS has taken my old passports also. My consultant had also asked me to submit the passports to him but i submitted directly to VFS

now when can i collect the passport..

and how can i inquire about it at MUMBAI office..
