I had raised the CSE last Saturday evening and I just received the reply from them as below :

"Please note that we have received all your documents and we will contact you in due time."

Atleast, now I am relieved off from the pressure that my documents reached them or not...

Hey chirag that's nice... I am sure God willing you will receive dm/ppr very very soon. I am of view that if wvo replies saying that they will "contact you in due time "means a decision is already made. Or else there standard reply before decision made is
"background checks are undergoing". Purely my
personal view. I may be obsolutely wrong....no throwbacks please...

Does this mean that the passport has been stamped, I am a bit confused. Please help.

No, it means VFS has sent your passport to Canada Visa Office.

Today's ppr's are for non DM applicants. I feel that there are difference in working styles among the visa Officers of wvo. Some are updating DM first and sending ppr a bit later. Some are directly sending ppr's.

Even I had submitted on 10.08.15. Just got status update that the passport has been dispatched . Please check yours too

What time did you submit at vfs on 10/08 and how many applicants are you in the file
