FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

dear all,

need to check one thing..
there is a friend who is earning 85 thousand Pakistani Rupee.. but he gets entire money in cash..
he has provided salary certificate..
Does he compulsorily needs to show salary slips..
What are the chances of request for salary slips or bank statement?
He has already got his PER and waiting for MR..

Its so long that we have been waiting for MRs but there isnt a sign of that happening. Sometimes I wonder if the transferring of files even helped the cause...
