I think your question has already been answered elsewhere on the forum. I think they are referring to the FSW application date.

After sending three applications for FSW last year, with all three being returned, and the final one accepted through an appeal for correction, I am of the view that I am blessed with inviting problems with my applications :-[ :-[

Dude Chill! "Serious Diseases" in CICs language refer to life-threatening diseases like AIDS, Cancer, Tuberculosis and the like. Unless you have any one of these, you WILL pass medicals. Don't you worry . All the best!!!

Could you also update your timelines. Yes you need to carry all your recent documents

It is a Misconception.

Firstly, offloading decision is not taken by NDVO. It is taken by CIC.

Secondly, physical documentation and rights to access our files are only with wvo. (Try to raise CSE to NDVO, you'll never get response)

Thirdly, it is the Visa Officer who decides upon the file, not ndvo or wvo as a whole.

Fourthly, PPR mail suggests to submit passport to ndvo because it is the nearest visa office to us. Those Indians who are physically in Middle East on employment have been instructed to send their passport to wvo directly.

NDVO can do back end jobs for WVO like background check etc. But taking decision is sole authority of vo who is handling your file, except, transfer of file to other vo.

Friends please share your views on this and please correct me if I am wrong.

Bluestone your analogy regarding the process is spot on. No way files are being sent back to India from Warsaw for final decision.
