One of my friends applied in July 14 and his courier reached in July.
I checked his status online in may15 when I got my MR(I'm 17 Dec applicant)
It said that we received your application on 15 Dec and there was a SLU in march
saying We have started your processing.
After my MR on may 21 he received a mail that his draft has expired and a new draft
Was sent.
After ten days his SLU was removed from his online status and till now there is
No new update.
It's been 2 months again since he has sent a new draft and it's going to expire in
1 month even he hasn't received his old draft
I want your opinion what to do.

I have all the stats and data to analyse and keep on getting new reasons for the delay.

The truth is everything is useless. They are randomly sending PPR.
I haven't given up hope but yes I am tired waiting.
I would rather choose to live my life assuming I never applied.
I won't be active on the forum but please PM me if you need any help.

so out of 47 to 48 nos only 27 nos got DM/ PR ? which is around 60 % only ........ still long way to go.....

Please advice how to raise a CSE with warsaw.

So i got a PCC from India and UK for my wife on her current name and send it to Warsaw . Please advice should I also get one on her maiden (old) name too. Will that be a reason for delay? Its been more than 70 days after TLU.

When I raise a CSE, will they give the details whether are they waiting for more documents like PCC for my wife with her maiden name.

Hello,

Firstly you need to consider the date when all your docs reached WVO. Also it seems applications with overseas stays (6 months or more) are the ones majorly delayed (reason unknown)

Raising a CSE or obtaining GCMS wont give you a clear picture. In case of CIC, no news is good news.

I too have got the request to submit USA pcc with the medical request... And I have send the pcc request to fbi USA on 15 July... Could you please tell how long did they take to give u the pcc... And if don't mind can u plz give ur contact no so that I can call n get details about the pcc ... As I'm really worried as all people say that it will take more that 9 weeks or so...

Hi, I Applied in on Jan 20th and got my PCC from FBI in April 7th. As per FBI, it takes approx 12-16 weeks. There is a Helpline number for FBI, you can reach them and ask for status update. You can drop me an email at harry1082 @ yahoo.co.in and i will share my contact details.
