Sorry guys, I do not finger point to anyone here, but to be honest I am the first culprit here. I am also worried what is going to happen...

Actually, Fairu is very right... we should cultivate patience...

Just one point that I would like to ask everyone seniors, if it is delayed that is ok, but can they deny or reject my application at this stage ? (ofcourse I am more than confident that I do not have any bad records like most of us)

Very rightly said...
i am also at the same stage as you are in...my Third line got updated on 21st may..everybody says the case is almost 100% sure after third line...i have not come across any rejection after Third line...

Some how it seems that they are keeping the entire process on hold...there are atleast 80-90 people waiting at this stage...there are so many people whom i am i touch with have third line before me...so lets keep our fingers crossed...hopefully they will pick our files and start porcessing them...

This is how they work.we are just handful of people on the forum. All we can do is hope for the best and waaaaaaiiiiiiiiiit.

If you case is clean and genuine and all your documents are valid... they can't reject your case.. its 100% correct.

whereas my friend has same timeline
but he has already got his visa stamped .
Are they issuing visas as per Nocs ?

There is no LIFO or FIFO method which WARSAW is adhering these days or in past.. They do Chinese checkers daily as per threads which I am reading these days..!! No specific pattern they are following. But if you see your case it was started in Dec'14 and today we are in Jul'15 which is almost 7 months which is positive if you ask me and others... WARSAW has the deadline of 12 months if you are an Indian to complete your case OR after 12 months if they haven't send the PPR request then only we can approach them before that they will not entertain our queries related to PPR/DM.. They have clearly mentioned on there site..

So just relax and enjoy these tough movements which everyone is passing these days...!! Don't worry be happy things are slow but clock is still clicking... :-* Our time will also come.
