I think DM will be from Warsaw but PP will be submitted in Delhi VO.

I have a question. In my previous company I was selected to go to US for transition purpose in 2011 but got rejected ( reason unknown ). My company re-applied for the same within 15days but unfortunately the result was same. My passport was not stamped with rejection.

And when I applied for canada, I mentioned in the forms that I got rejected for a US visa.

Could this reason get a further delay in my application to get a PPR or DM ?? Please advise.. My timelines are below for reference. Thank you !

I do not have any document that my company filed but as far as ur rejection question is concerned, I believe the information is saved in their systems against our passport numbers, which is why I mentioned that in my application. Correct ?

And thanks for your reply. I saw that our noc code and timeline is almost same, hope to get ppr's soon.

There will be no problem.

Even I was denied US visa and I mentioned it in the application and even attached a copy the letter of refusal from US Embassy.

Generally US Embassy do not put any Rejected stamp, they simply put a date stamp saying "Application received", that what is on my passport.

Do not worry for yourself as I got PPR and DM.
