Yes...you are right. Let's see how things goes. To know the pace of Warsaw office, I think we need to wait one month more to get a clear picture.....However, praying hard for speedy process.

As per my observation, it is seen that in most of the VOs the processing time is around 9 months , especially NDVO. I hope the same will be with WVO also. from the date of applying to Visa issued, majority of the case had been within the 9 months period . However if there are too many document request and delay from the applicants in providing the PCC, Medical and other documents, the time would exceed beyond the 9 months time.

I am Abhishek, and am curious to know about my case. Expected visa office was NDVO.

Following is my timeline:

Received on: 27th of November 2014
Charged on : 21st of January 2015
P.E.R. on : 14th of February 2015

Contacted CIC to know the status of my application and was told that my file was sent to Warsaw office on the 2nd of March 2015.

But yet I have not received the A.O.R. from Warsaw office. Today it's been exactly 30 days since I received P.E.R.

Is this normal? Are there any cases in which the applicant didn't receive the A.O.R. from Warsaw office at all?

As per my guess, WVO is trying to finish up applications of real WVO applicants first whose PER date is up to 31st Dec 2014. All those applicants whose PER date is from 1st Jan 2015 (including both real WVO applicants and those transferred from NDVO) will be processed after these previous applicants. Hope they process their applications quickly so that our turns come and they process our applications in a rocket speed way. I am happy with the fact that they issue PPR within a month of medicals received. But I am not sure if they ask our passports to be sent to WVO or NDVO. If the file goes to NDVO again, then it might stuck our applications for next 2-2.5 months.

Can some senior/experienced guy tell as to what could happen for NDVO applicants whose files have been transferred to WVO?

everyday at least 100 times im checking ecas, it shows the same thing we have received your application, im bit impatient, dont know how much time will they take, if CIC come to know that im checking these many times they will block my IP address ;D

Hi, As they transferred your file on 2nd March, you may get AOR any moment from now, keep an eye on the email ID you provided in your application. As per the spreadsheet data, WVO is taking 28 days to send AOR. Wish you speedy processing.

Does the file gets transferred electronically or physically???.....bcoz electronically should not take time......In case of physical transfer, it takes a parcel around 4 to 6 weeks to reach a destination internationally for parcels.....I had checked this on Canadian mail post website.

In my case, the CIC agent told me that it has been transferred and is in transit.......so assuming that it may not have reached yet or will be reaching probably this week......that's why many of us haven't received AOR.

The visa stamping will be done by the NDVO
Visit to vfs office after PPR they will direct you to send pp. To NDV o for stamping
No file transfer is required
