I will suggest you check with your hospital whether they have uploaded the reports or not by providing your IME or UCI number.

Once the reports are uploaded, generally TLU will be reflected after 4-5 working days of upload.

hey bluestone...i called the hospital to check about the reports... they said they will arrange a callback from the relevant department and they will let me know if the reports have been uploaded or not...and when... ? lets see...

I received the Medical Request on 21 May, and MR done on 30 May, and when i checked with the hospital, they said they take 4-5 days to upload the docs, its 10 june now, and my TLU still not updated yet... when am I suppose to receive the TLU and DM / PPR ?

My Medical also done on 30th May and uploaded by hospital on 3rd June, but still no TLU for me hence have patience it will be updated by this weekend.

This change was reflected on the CIC website on 26th May, 2015. IT IS NOT A RUMOR.

To be on safe side, it is better to start Police Certificate process. It will not take much time. My process took 3 days.

I am not quite sure how to interpret 26th May. But IMHO, any police certificates received at VO on or before 26th May should be valid. THIS IS MY PERSONAL VIEW.

What is the title of certificate you have received from Police.... I believe it may not be PCC...

Hi All,

Need some advice regarding my PR . I had got my TLU on 02 Jun 2015 (NOC 2172-Warsaw VO). I need to get to Canada for a course which starts on 01 Sep 2015. Looking at the current trends, I am not very sure if my Visa would be ready by then.

Should I apply for a student visa right away just to be on the safer side? Or should I wait for some more time before applying. I've heard that it takes around 4 weeks to get student visa. Planning to leave on Aug 26.

As per the WVO trend, you might receive your PPR by 1st week of July and your visa might be stamped within July, if all goes well with your file. Pls think carefully before deciding for student visa at this point of time. By the way, which course are you going to do?

I think PCC from any PSK is valid as it is issued by Ministry of External affairs (MEA). Passports even has a stamp our from authorized SP.
I think it a rumor that they are not valid...no where it is written that they are invalid. Do you have anyone got rejected for PSK PCC or any other thoughts ?

Morever I believe Local District police stations don't issue any certificate by name PCC.. they may be issuing other verification certificates.. I think PCC is issued only by PSK..

Even my consultant told me that it applies to EE applications... !

Clearance is different from Verification... PVC may be relevant for JObs and other purpose but it may not be a clearance...

There is a separate question for Express Entry candidate on CIC. If it were only for Express Entry Candidates, why did they mentioned express entry separately?

By the way Did your mail ask for Police Clearance Certificate or Police Certificate?
